The Exchange at Gwinnett — Local services in Sugar Hill

One of the worst designed and unkept places around. I live here, and I can say the traffic into and out of this place is terrible. You'll be lucky if you don't get into an accident or if you're walking around you're not hit by a car.

They have almost no signage of how traffic is supposed to flow, often people stop at intersection that shouldn't, and others ignore stop signs or stops they should stop at. I've almost been hit several times just walking around. They should have installed roundabouts to prevent people from speeding through the intersections.

They also do nothing to keep up the sidewalks and trashes around the area. All outdoor trash containers are overflowed, and sidewalks are covered in trash and broken...

This is a large outdoor shopping center that hosts a number of big box stores, a bunch of different styles of restaurant and several smaller stores. It is located just off I-85 making for a very convenient shopping experience.

I was here for the Paris Baguette which opens at 7am and then over to Starbucks which opens much earlier. Lots of parking this early in the morning and it was easy to get into the shopping center. Departing at 8am was super easy to get back onto the Interstate heading north.

The shopping center also includes a large Rooms To Go, Homewood Suites, indoor go karts, Whataburger, Halal Guys, wings, subs, smallcakes and even Pickle Social....

This place is just plain slow. I went here the other day and I got through the line semi quickly but it was still a little on the flow side. I don't understand how you can sit at the window for an additional 3 or 4 minutes waiting for your food and then the food not even being hot when you get it. I'm not sure I'll go back anytime soon because this place is just downright slow. They need to get a better system on how to prepare food and get it out the door. They only have a few items on the menu and I don't understand why they can't get them cooked and out the door in a...
