I've ordered from the Blue Ridge, Georgia Dominos at least 15 times I've never had an issue before. However after this I was mad and wanted this to be known. I called on March 5th and 2:27 PM and placed an order for a Large Pepperoni. That was my whole order just 1 pizza. The man on the phone said "It will be about 40 mins" That wasn't a problem its about a 35 min drive just to get to Blue Ridge. My sister went inside to get the order and they said it didn't exist there was no file of it. So I waited (call logs) and nobody picked up the phone. I then thought maybe she should ask for it under my number and it still wasn't there. I then asked her were they busy on the phone because of how long I waited and they told her "we're not taking phone calls" (text messages). It pains me to even write this as its my first review on any restaurant. Was replaced with a standard pizza from their menu. The tracker was followed for us to keep a lookout for delivery. Tracker stated the pizza was "out for delivery" at 12:01. The store is approx. 12 min from the office. After 30 min I called the store to check on the status of the order, I was then lied to about the delivery being out and we should receive it at any min. After an additional 25 min passed I called the store again and was told the order was on its way. The manager at the store refused to get on the phone and talk to me and the staff member I talked to stated it was her first day and she didn't know what else to say, just apologized.    Read moreThis store use to be great. Wouldn't hardly go anywhere else in town for pizza. Now I think I might start going anywhere else. One of the times before tonight I was put on hold for over an hour and ended up ordering my pizza inside the store just to realize they left the phones off the hook. Got my pizza and was still on hold just to see if they would ever answer. Tonight though was worse. I got a immediate answer, which was a shock for me, finished my order and was told there was a 50 minute hold time and I was fine with that. I showed up an hour later just in case and it wasn't even in the oven yet. Kinda annoyed I went home and drove back out an hour later and it was still not even in the oven.
