I can say nothing but good things about this specific location here on Hudson Bridge Road I was actually in the line less than a mile away at Starbucks. The line was ridiculously long. I decided to use my Dunkin’ Donuts app and placed my custom order. I did I ordered my custom espresso and coffee exactly how I like it. I added an almond croissant to the mix. I arrived and pulled up to the window and told them I had a mobile order. He, MARCUS then came to the window and told me that unfortunately he was sorry that they were out of arm croissants and I said OK. I thought that he would ask me to replace it with a single plain croissant, but he didn’t. He offered me a dozen Dunkin’ Donuts instead, I thought that was so kind during this holiday season in addition to this my coffee order I had just picked up my daughter from the airport and she purchased me a new Stanley mug. It was brand new. I asked the young man at the window if he would rinse it out for me please so that I could pour my coffee into it. He didn’t just rinse it. He thoroughly cleaned it for me the young lady at the window also assisted by cleaning the straw on the top and he told me that she, AUDREY had just bought a Stanley mug for her mom. I thought that was ever so kind. This is not the first time that I have been to this location and each time they have always got my coffee to perfection. I would always choose this when I am in this Stockbridge area. A sidenote is I feel that the action is done by Marcus and offering me a dozen donuts were not even asked for was a definite pay for situation just this morning. I had purchased the breakfast for six guys who would not be able At another establishment. It’s good to see that in our world today we still have those who have the measure of humanity within them and believe in the doing good...
Read moreSo this is my go to store every morning I watched this store rotate staff as fast as the average Ferris wheel takes to go completely around once, with the same type of females with attitudes and entitlement with the exception of ms pat the older brown woman another here quite sometime is the only ones within the last 3 years that has shown me some respect whether and makes my order how I request This morning I went in to the dining since the driveway was extremely busy about 8 am Which was a bit busy as well but I was willing to wait The girl who I'm assuming is the new supervisor brown eyes blond long box braids felt the sad mistake to have a dose of stupid juice by approaching me by saying ms pat ain't going to be able to make my coffee cause she's busy I responded to her by stating that's fine but if it's not made correct I will request to for it to make it over, she felt the need to go into a pissing match by telling me I don't have customer service skills lol I'm not the one who was hired by Dunkin to serve the public which includes every type of personality who made me rude, grouchy, nice, pleasant but since she needs a dose of what customer service is which for the record I been in the industry of customer service for 20 plus years these young girls doesn't even know the definition of empathy because they so quick to act like they in the streets and if you not equipped to deal with customers why are you there? Customers keeps the lights on in that business so how dare you believe you need to argue with a customer that is asking for what they paid for and would expect it...
Read moreThe absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to. It hasn’t always been like this. It seems as though, after the pandemic the staff don’t understand the concept of good customer service. I arrived at Dunkin at 8:15 AM and there were approximately five cars in front of me. This prompted me to place a mobile order for pick up through the drive-through. Once I got to the speaker box at 8:25 am, staff asked me what would I like to order. I explained that I had a mobile order and provided my name, and then I was told to pull forward. At 8:30 am, I arrived at the window, where I was told that my mobile order did not come through and I was asked what did I order. I showed the young lady the confirmation on my phone, and I also verbalized my order to her. She then insisted that I had to come in because I would have to be rang up again because the order did not come through. I was extremely frustrated, considering that I had provided my name at the speaker box and that was the opportunity for the young lady to determine whether or not she had my order. I didn’t feel as if I should be made to come in because something on their end was not working. There was no attempt to accommodate me, the customer at all. However, I was able to contact Dunkin’ customer service and they refunded my money within three minutes. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this Dunkin’ Donut. There is always an issue whether it be poor customer service, extended wait times, or donuts that are not fresh. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks, Krispy Kreme or ANYWHERE ELSE for...
