"Deplorable Dining Area": I realize each one of us have different experiences especially when dinning out. We can have both pleasant & unpleasant experiences based on the time and day we visit the establishment and even the person attending to us. However, I'm a former GM for the restaurant industry and my family and I enjoy trying new things ESPECIALLY when we see a new eatery unveiled in our part of town. However, we went to this Freddy's off Dallas Hwy yesterday only because my cousin insisted. Well, needless to say that was a mistake. However, me being the good sport, I'll try anything once within reason of course. We entered this restaurant and I thought they were under going a transformation. I have never seen such a filthy dinning room in all my years of eating out. Wow! I ended up just ordering some french fries because I did not have the desire to eat not to mention I lost my appetite after the looks floors and under the boots. My cousin ordered a hamburger combo meal and I have to admit for almost $8, we could have gone to Hardee's, Burger King, or Wendy's just to name a few and get a better meal not to mention a cleaner environment. When my order was called, I went up to the counter to get my order and asked the young-man who looked all of 16 yrs old if this is the way they always keep their dinning room and of course he said "No". Immediately after another young lady around 17 yrs stepped out and "TRIED to do a little bit of tidying up. Well, that failed before she even got started because my 3 year old daughter could of taken a damp cloth and just passed it over the vacant tables and produced a much better job than this individual. At least I can say I've been there and done that! but I will certainly not be revisiting this place of business again. This is why it's very IMPORTANT that people to take time to really provide honest and accurate reviews of their experience. It enables us like me to form a conscious decision on whether or not we would recommend certain products or places. I realize I could have taken pictures and posted them with my review, but I figured I'd give the management staff an opportunity to really marinate on my experience and do a better job in the future for...

You never take for granted that in mundane burger flipping the burger flipper is paying attention to allergy alerts on the screen. I always step up to the pickup counter, give them my ticket number and point out that both burgers are allergies. One with no bun and no seasoning (Salt) and the second with no seasoning. The three guys were all over it. And shift change. Incoming salted the fries and two of the other guys were all over it, taking the tray, removing the fries and telling the incoming guy, no salt. Read the ticket. They were all extremely kind. Allergies for us are: wife is life long Celiac, T1 Diabetes. For me they are Virus Induced Heart Failure, T1 Diabetic, Stage 2 Kidney Failure. The kidney failure is due to the required Foresimide or Torsemide and about every six days a Metolozone. I must weigh every morning. So the volume of fluid pills cannot go over a certain amount without more kidney damage. With Kidney damage you can ot drink drinks with color. Diabetics can also not have drinks with HFCS or sugar. We carry Sprite Zero with us Everywhere. Besides, whoever heard of Pepsi and Jack. Hell No. Jack and Coke guys. Pepsi, the want to be cola. These health issues should be taught from CEO down in any and every food restaurant. And people with liver disease... You give them salt and they are in the hospital. I wish there were room here to copy and paste the recommended sodium intake because of lost business due to the millions of lost customers because restaurants don't care and don't properly train their people. The guys under Abby in Kennesaw are also Great. One Great guy in Cartersville and a Waffle house type woman there that has pushed all our buttons. These guys off Dallas Hwy are just the best. Thank you guys for...
Read moreJust left this location. Wow has this place gone down hill fast. My kids like Freddyâs so we will go here after practices or after school functions. We have noticed a real and obvious decline in customer service, store cleanliness and the speed/accuracy of the food we order. Tonight it took forever to get our food. When I say âourâ I might as well say âeveryoneâ in the whole restaurant. I witnessed several people visibly frustrated at how slow food was coming out of the kitchen. I saw that several people had their orders made wrong and had to go back to the counter to fix them. One couple sitting near us went to complain to the manager about having to wait so long and then their order was wrong. This place has become completely disorganized behind the scenes. We ordered custard after we ate and again it took forever to get it. And guess what? It was made wrong! I asked them to remake mine while I waited...and waited...and waited. I kept having to ask the employees who were working the custard area if they were remaking mine. The guys making the custard were so disorganized it was sad. Also none of the employees in the custard area wore gloves. After talking to 3 people I finally asked for a refund I was done at this point. We have been going to this location at least 3 or 4 times a month for a while now. That is over now, this location is constantly slow, orders are frequently wrong, the employees are poorly trained and give bad service and the restaurant is dirty with the trash overflowing. Unless this place makes major changes we will never be...
