Let's start off by saying the service was great, and the store was nice. But the "ice cream" was horrible..... we tried five different flavors between myself and my kids and husband.... and they were all sour/tangy like froyo.... which is very odd for various flavors of chocolate ice cream. The "chocolate ice cream" tasted like it was flavored with store brand chocolate syrup (so chocolate flavoring rather than actual chocolate). And to top it off it is expensive!

We will never go back. Would have been happier with Benny and Jerry's from the grocery store, or Tillamook, or going to Brusters. My kids wouldn't even finish their icecream, and usually they finish theirs and try to take bites of mine. Definitely not...

We have been here 4 times since this place has opened. Every time has been some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. 3 out of the 4 times they have told us they couldn’t make milkshakes because the machine was down, or they didn’t have shake mix. 2 of the times they have been out of vanilla ice cream.

On top of all of this. The last time we were there. It took almost 25 minutes for the girl to make a milkshake and one scoop of ice cream with 1 mix in. While there were 10 people waiting behind us.

No one greets you when you arrive. And they just stand there and look at you until you tell them what you want. This store needs some serious management practices to survive. And the employees need some...

BEFORE YOU JUDGE, READ THE REVIEWS! The one-star reviews are all based on the hours of operation, not the actual product! This ice cream is delicious! It’s prepared in s all batches so it’s super creamy and fresh! We were able to sample a few flavors and they were all incredible! My husband and I both loved what we ordered. The only complaint is in relation to the spoons. They are sooo cheap and flimsy that it was actually hard to scoop the ice cream out with! See my photo for visual.
