I decided to go to the Hardee's in Mcdonough GA on hwy 20/81 to get lunch instead of my usual places China Express and Arby's,I never use the Hardee's coupons and I had one for an item I never tried.I went to the counter there was no waiting it was a little after 12:PM there was a few cars at the drive through and I was standing there waiting what I thought was way to long,anyway I left and we down the street got my Chinese food from China Express and even though I paid more for the food I got taken care of immediately they know me and they are friendly.My son and I have been to this Hardee's before but mostly the other one in Mcdonough,we go for dinner.I never have used the coupons and decided at the last minute to go to Hardee's.I just tried to email corporate and never could send it the stupid thing kept asking for info that I already put on the email.When I was waiting at the counter a customer came back with his bag the it on the counter and said NO CHEESE IT HAS CHEESE.If you are in a hurry don't go here I would give it no stars if I could all the employees did while I stood there was look at me.How many employee does it take to handle the few cars in the drive through?It was a little after 12PM on 2-06-2019 today when I went.It was busier at breakfast time in the past when I went then today and did not get served,with all of the restaurants closing in our area you would think Hardee's would stay on top of their game the last few restaurants I did a bad review on are now closed,there are to many restaurants in the...
Read moreThis was by far my worst experience at a food establishment. I ordered two fish sandwiches and two cups of water. I waited approximately 5 minutes at the window before being greeted by the cashier. I then gave my money to her although she was not friendly at all. I then greeted her by stating that your shift is almost over right?? She said no I've been here since 9 a.m. I began to think that this was the reason for her solemn or blank look on her face. This was not a very friendly customer experience I was always taught that working in customer service you look your best you put forth your best effort even if you're not receiving kindness from the customer(s). I have been in customer service for over 20 years you and I was taught to put your best foot forward and give your customer respect and your best service and in the end they will continue to be a customer there for adding revenue to the company that you work for. Anyway, I received the fish sandwiches as if someone in the eighth grade had wrap the sandwiches. There was no tartar sauce just simply meat and bread. The cashier stated that the sandwiches did not come with condiments on them so I kindly ask for some tartar sauce and she went on to tell me that she did not have any tartar sauce. I simply asked for a refund. When the manager was called. She had the nerve to ask me to pull forward to receive my money back. I will never return to this location again. Nor, will I recommend it. Read moreMy recent experience at this Hardee’s was an astonishing display of inefficiency and mismanagement. After placing a mobile order, I stood waiting for over 30 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment from the staff. In the meantime, employees busily processed new walk-in orders with complete disregard for those of us who had placed orders in advance. It was as though the concept of mobile ordering had not been properly communicated to them, despite it being a fundamental part of modern fast food operations.
When I finally attempted to inform an employee that I had been waiting for quite some time, I was summarily dismissed, forced to stand idly while yet another walk-in customer was attended to before me. It is baffling that a restaurant would continuously accept new orders without first fulfilling the ones already placed—an elementary principle of customer service that was apparently lost on this location.
The staff’s indifference and lack of professionalism only further compounded the issue. To wait over an hour for food that was pre-ordered is unacceptable, and the disorganization on display was nothing short of astonishing.
If this is how they choose to operate, I wouldn’t recommend this Hardee’s even as a last resort. Fast food may not promise luxury, but it should at least be timely and competent—neither of which you’ll find at...
