This was our first time eating here, and we truly enjoyed it. We're trying to get to know the restaurants in the area since we moved here, and we will be coming back. We were greeted by an awesome hostess, Lindon, who took us to our table where Kylie was waiting to serve us. She was an awesome waitress! Our food was good. My husband and I ordered the 6oz and 8 oz sirloin, with shrimp and 2 sides. They were juicy and tender. We ordered the junior chicken (looks like small chicken tender nuggets) with "mac and cheese" and a side of Texas fries for them to split. As soon as I saw the mac and cheese, I asked Kylie if the sauce came on the side because that thing looked like pasta before the sauce was added. She said it was already there, and her little face said everything. lol we didn't make a fuss about it to see what the kids say. Our kids also like food with flavor, and our youngest immediately upon tasting his said that it tasted like nothing lol Our daughter felt the same way. That was literally the only flop of the dinner. Everything else was good, including those delicious dinner rolls and honey butter that make you almost not even need to order dinner. lol the blooming onion was also good! At the end, we were sent off by a lady manager that was awesome and very understanding of that mac and cheese lol😄 seriously though, Texas Roadhouse needs to go back to the drawing table and offer a cheese, flavorful mac and not that. They also sing very loudly if you're having a birthday. You also have the opportunity to get on a saddle they bring tableside and ride on it, lol I wouldn't bring a person or child with noise sensitivity here, though. All in all, we still enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back!

Food was very good but I don't recommend going during the dinner rush. We waited 45 minutes for a table and an hour for our food. Luckily all the food was correct and everything was good except the cold mac n cheese. It would be good if they were open for lunch during the week then maybe it wouldn't be so busy at night. Update 5/24/23 We went here for my daughter's 16th birthday dinner. She loves the grilled shrimp with rice. We had a party of 7 for dinner so luckily my husband was able to get here a little before 5 to get a table. The waitress was very friendly but she did a horrible job of clearing away dirty dishes. I think she took 3 empty cups off the table the whole time we were there. With 7 people, 3 appetizers, bread, many drink and refill glasses, dinners and a bowl of ice cream the table was super cluttered and it was really hard to find a place for anything. Let alone enough room for my daughter to open her gifts. Besides that we had a great time. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and everything was hot and fresh. Anything that we needed or were missing after the food got here was brought out quickly. Update 01/13/24 We got here at 4:30 to try to beat the dinner rush. We checked in online before we went up there and that made our wait way shorter. For our party of 5 we waited maybe 15 minutes after we got there before we were seated but the new people coming in were being told it was going to be at least an hour wait. Our waitress was great and did such a good job of refilling drinks and clearing away dirty dishes.

I was excited to have a new restaurant and a different choice in the area. Unfortunately, I quickly became unexcited after my curbside order left off my salad. Upon returning to get the missing salad, I was given very poor customer service by Marissa, visiting manager, on location. There was a couple standing in front of me upon my walking up to the to go order window. Marissa was assisting them as I waited my turn. Completely unaware of their issue, the last words I heard them speak was “never mind we will not be back!” I definitely feel the same way!! I was treated as though it was my fault that my order wasn’t correct! I looked into my bag and it seemed as though all items were present. I arrived home after a long day to find the main thing I wanted to eat first wasn’t there! I called and was asked to return to the restaurant. After eating, I left home to go back and get the salad. Nothing was said or done in regards to the error and inconvenience. Only after I stated the fact of the inconvenience, Marissa stated “mistakes happen.” It took awhile for the salad to be made and brought to me. After she gave me the salad, not in a bag, from her hand , I asked about a bag and she ignored my statement. Lastly, as I walked away from the window she closed the window so hard as if to shut it in my face, although I had already begun to walk away. This is a very sad way to start and open a new restaurant!! I doubt I’ll be going back. I will NOT be eating the salad either. I don’t feel comfortable eating it!!

We had guests come in from Florida who requested to eat at a Texas Roadhouse. So we chose this one because it was close to us. It was not a good experience at all. First, when we got there, we had a party of 7, and they placed us at a booth, which made it sort of tight even though the table had an extender. It put one of our guests out in the aisle. I didn't think that was a good idea. He was very uncomfortable, as people were bumping him as they were walking in the aisle. My daughter was denied the ability to order alcohol not bcuz she was underage or her license was expired, but bcuz her license was vertical. We were told that the restaurant was not allowed to accept ID's, that were vertical. My feeling is if the state of Georgia does not expire that ID, that ID is valid. It is quite embarrassing to be 23 years old and be denied the ability to drink because your license is vertical; not because your license is invalid. Rather than go back-and-forth with the waitress who was not very friendly, my husband ordered a drink and told my daughter that he would share it with her. Our waitress came to our table and saw my daughter drinking the drink and went and reported it to the manager who then came over and without even introducing himself proceeded to imply that we were illegally allowing someone to drink who wasn't legally allowed. It was not like we were giving someone who was under age a drink. That made for a bad relationship between us and our waitress from then on, who had to then come back over and take our orders. We weren't really interested in dealing with her anymore. After our meal was over, the manager came over to ask if everything was okay. I expressed my feelings about how that entire situation went down. He apologized. However, we never saw the waitress again. She never offered an apology, explanation, or anything. She wasn't friendly from the beginning, and it definitely didn't get better. On top of that, the food was not that good. My husband had the beef tips, which he said were very tough, I had prime rib, which was okay, but the vegetables were undercooked. They were very, very crunchy. Our guests left the majority of their food on the table as they were traveling and could not take it to go and just lost their appetite from the whole experience. I was very disappointed that we chose that restaurant. Especially since our guests were from out of town. They specifically requested Texas Roadhouse based on their experience at another restaurant, we will not be going back to this restaurant again and my daughter has already gone to DOT to get her license changed to a horizontal license even though her license is two years...

Management was disappointing. Service was amazing. Server was Brittany. The last time I came was the end of April and I had an awful experience. Last time my steak salad was made wrong as well as had meat that looked like it had belonged on a Philly cheese steak and took over 30 mins to be remade while my friend sat and stared at her food to be polite and not eat because I’m pregnant. We were told a manager would run the remake, but did not. Even the server that time seemed frustrated with that. I was given a $40 voucher after I had already paid because I had to specifically ask for a manager at the end of my visit. I waited almost 2 months to return and tried again today. My salad had a hair in it and my steak came out well done and dry rather than medium well. I’m still pregnant so I have to be careful with steaks being under cooked so I have to order it that way. Again, had to wait on a remake and had to bed my husband to keep eating his food so it wouldn’t get cold and feel like a waste of money. The waitress brought me another plate with a bigger steak cooked medium as I requested the second time around with the idea It’ll be cooked more by the time I get home. I didn’t ask for a bigger steak so that was appreciated and she also brought my 2 yr old free ice cream. While I’m sure she needed manager’s approval to do this, not a single time did a manager stop by after hearing anything that was going on. I watched Brittany tell both managers on the floor and they looked right at me, but not once did they come over. She even told me she’d have one come stop by, so it was disappointing. I was being very kind. I run a restaurant so I know how hard it is to have every single thing be perfect all the time, but for a manager to refuse to stop by knowing this is our return visit from a previously bad one as well as more than 1 thing going wrong this time, the least they could do is seem to care. It was also hard to tell who a manager was. I assume they’re the ones with head sets and tablets. I saw them stop by a couple tables for a 2 second check in, but they did not seem to really own the floor and run the shift. Again, Brittany was amazing. Her amazing energy was the only reason we didn’t leave extremely upset. For this to be such a popular brand especially in our area, I expected more...

I’ve visited this location an occasion of three times in the past two weeks as a Texas Roadhouse newcomer. I hyper fixated on the Roadkill Cubed Steak (Medium Well) with loaded mash tators and the first visit was blissful.

The second visit not so much. As my order took over 45 mins to arrive to me. I walked in at the same time as three other patrons and they ate and left before I could dig in to my meal. It was made right by all the staff who waited on me, as well as the manager who charged me $0.01 for my meal. I tipped my server $12 as he was so kind and attentive.

Because of that kindness, I figured lightening wouldn't strike twice in the same spot. I hate to say that I was wrong. I ordered the exact same thing and this time, they cooked it medium raw. I let the server know that maybe my lisp got in the way and she misheard but she reassured me that she put it in as medium well and the kitchen cooked it incorrectly.

She returned the plate to the kitchen and about 10 mins later, the same manager from my last visit brought this plate out as well. It was the same cubed steak refired. I know this because it was cut just the way I cut it. I didn't mind, though. I just wanted to eat. He asked me to cut into it to make sure it was to my liking. I cut into the corner and it seemed fine. He waved to my friend I was speaking to on FaceTime and proceeded about his duties and I began cutting some more and the meat was still bloody. Frustrated at this point, I waved my server down and asked for the check. I wanted to pay and leave because I was over it and I no longer wanted the meal. She insisted I stay because she wanted to make it right so I opted for the smothered chicken instead. I asked for the chicken to have all the fixings of the cubed steak (mushrooms, pepper Jack cheese, sautéed onions). 10 mins later, I got the chicken and it had no cheese. I asked for a to-go box and the check. She said she had to get the check modified and she'd be right back. I only had to pay for my strawberry lemonade this time.

Although I will not be returning to Texas Roadhouse due to my experiences, I urge anyone who wants great food and great customer service to visit! My...
