After waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru, the employee that's responsible for collecting the money and handing the customers their food, is a fantastic representation of great customer service. He was extremely polite. Once I received my food, I didn't look at it immediately. Pulled off and when the food was taken out of the bag, the presentation made the food not palatable. In fact, the advertised special included a biscuit in which white bread was substituted. Upon returning to the walk up window, an extremely rude and confrontational manger asked me "What's wrong?!? I then proceed to explain what was wrong. He immediately responded..Well it must have been something you did...because I made it myself and I know it's right! I asked for a refund to which he replied I would have to wait until all the customers were served. And then slammed the window shut! I turned away for a moment due to shock, and then through the window, I responded Why should I have to wait.!? He then reopened the window to hand a delivery driver an order. The delivery driver and I had a collision which resulted in her dropping a portion of the order. Upon her returning to the window, the clearly agitated manager says to me...Well I guess theirs your refund. I called Clayton County police department. An Officer responded with this attitude and asked me...Oh, so you're the one they called the police on. I immediately responded...No, I actually called the police because I was refused a refund The manger then comes out and says I was aggressive and the presumptuos and prejudiced office issues me a trespass warning stating I am banned from the property and will be arrested if I return. KRYSTAL'S NEEDS TO REVIEW THE TAPES!! Meanwhile, I intend to consult legal advice as this situation was totally unnecessary and personally slanderous. The delivery driver stated...this location is HORRIBLE and she hates coming to it due to customer service. I intend to pursue all legal matters that pertain to this incident....
Read moreOn 02/03 my family and I ordered $89.50 worth of food from Krystal’s located on Hwy 138 and it was the worst experience ever! We ordered the food through DoorDash and didn’t receive our full order and the food that we did receive was completely incorrect. I do understand that mistakes do happen but something that’s done repetitively is no longer a mistake. After ordering DELIVERY I got in my car and drove to Krystal’s to have my order corrected. I was greeted by a very nasty caucasian aged women with white and blonde hair who called her self a manager. She never let me explain my concern instead she cut me off and told me I was lying and wrong. I had all of the food with me to return . I asked to give her the incorrect food in exchange to receive my correct order. She told me “ Take that up with DoorDash” and slammed the drive through window in my face. I contacted DoorDash and they couldn’t help me so I then contacted the police. As I waited on the police to arrive I parked and observed this location. The manger allow her employees to VAPE in the restaurant and they are working with NO GLOVES OR HAIRNETS while using their phone . The manager is working in slides and while she refused to correct my order she left with a large amount of food for her family that I’m sure she didn’t pay for. This location needs to be throughly investigated and I will continue to work until I speak with someone in corporate to raise concern about this location. Also, this location have a Georgia Food Service score of 89 B. Read moreI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Krystal’s restaurant, and I feel compelled to share the details of the unacceptable service I received. From the moment I approached the drive-thru speaker, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. There was no greeting or acknowledgment when I pulled up. Instead, the employee monotonously repeated “What else?” after each item I ordered, making the interaction feel cold and impersonal. At no point did she provide a total for my order, and simply instructed me to drive around without any further communication.
When I reached the window, things only got worse. The employee did not greet us or engage in any manner; she took our money without a single word. What followed was an unreasonable wait time—approximately 20 minutes—during which there was no update or apology for the delay. When the food was finally handed over, the employee did so without any verbal interaction whatsoever. It was abundantly clear that she had no interest in being there, nor any concern for providing basic customer service.
In all my experiences with restaurants, this was by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. The indifference and lack of professionalism displayed by this employee were shocking, and it left a lasting negative impression. Such poor service reflects terribly on the establishment, and I believe immediate steps should be taken to address this, as it raises serious concerns about management and employee training.
