Lennys Grill & Subs — Restaurant in Georgia

Ordered online. Food was waiting in pickup area when I arrived. Decided to eat at the store this time.

I needed a little salt so as I walked up to the counter to ask, Lori (Laurie, Laura, sorry I should’ve asked for spelling of her name) met me before I got to the counter anticipating that I needed something. I must have had that “where is the salt” look about me. She recognizes body language, stopped eating her own meal and jumped in to fulfill my request by asking if I needed something. This is a skill lost on many in the customer service industry who are only interested in punching a clock for a paycheck these days or are so focused on processes and not people. I told her how much appreciated her attention to customer service and for helping me, only after I asked if she was a manager. She is not a manager… yet.

Lennys has good food at a decent price. Management usually responds to any feedback offered on past surveys.

I’ll offer this suggestion for an opportunity that might he a miss that may set this restaurant apart.

If one uses their app, Lenny’s will offer discounts for a birthday, which I took advantage of this time. My $14 meal was $6.

Lenny’s I wonder if corporate could include a “Happy Birthday” wish for those customers celebrating. I don’t know of any other restaurant who acknowledges this on their receipt or after an electronic order is picked up in person. I realize it’s one more thing to do, but it’s also one more thing to help you make customers feel special and seen....

Delicious Subs, Quick Delivery! I recently ordered from Lenny's Grill & Subs through DoorDash, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. Here's why:

Speedy Delivery: The delivery time was amazing, clocking in at just 40 minutes. My food arrived piping hot, which is always a plus.

Tasty Turkey Sandwich: The turkey sandwich I ordered was a flavor explosion! The turkey was fresh and tender, the veggies crisp, and the condiments just right. It's evident they use quality ingredients.

Phenomenal Philly Cheesesteak: The Philly cheesesteak was a real treat. The thinly sliced steak was cooked to perfection, smothered in melted cheese, and served on a soft, toasted roll. It's an absolute must-try!

Generous Portions: Both sandwiches were generously portioned, and I was left completely satisfied.

Excellent Service: DoorDash did a great job delivering my order promptly, and the food was neatly packaged.

I wish I could do no stars! Unfortunately my experience at this lennys location was horrible! I was suppose to have a tuna salad sandwich, and I am pescatarian (I only eat fish). Unfortunately they gave me chicken salad and I did not know! So I actually bit into it and of course immediately knew it was NOT tuna! This is a really big deal, and I have not ate chicken in 10 years! So I called the store to let them know, and all they can do is give me a "free sub" in the future. Only its not really "free" because I have already paid for a sub. It just wasn't what was paid for! I'm really disappointed, and I would have thought they would at least offer a refund.
