If I can give this a 0 I would. Where to start. 3 weeks ago my family and I went in and the smell in the foyer should have been the hint to leave. It smelled like absolute sewer. We have them the benefit of the doubt and went in. Well my wife’s food was completely wrong. My kids food was ice cold and as for mine it was ok but all the syrup in the table was so dirty it would not even come out. My kids needed to use the bathroom upon leaving; well we found the smell my wife walked them in the women’s room and turned and walked out. I tried the men’s room it was worse than a football stadium on a sell out in filth.
Fast forward to today. I believe in second chances. So today I took the girls by myself all though having to wait for a server the food was better than the last time. But then the bathroom again. The girls had to go potty so bad so I took them to the restroom. Being 6 they like to go alone so I stood outside the woman’s room and waited for them. They came back out still having to pee and said there was so much poop on the toilets they wouldn’t go. Tried the men’s room it wa just filthy. So on my way out I said something the whom I thought was the manager. She just kept telling me she wa in there before and it wasn’t dirty. Paid walked out. As I am about half way to my car this woman chases me out to tell me she just checked the bathroom and it wasn’t dirty. She then stated my kids are lying. Really who does she think she is. Ironically a nice lady was getting in her car and heard this whole thing. Sje said she didn’t go either due to the filth in the woman’s bathroom. So Instead of cleaning it the manage (who i found out later is the owner) was more concerned to call my kids liars then clean the bathroom. If the bathroom is that dirty I can only imagine the kitchen! Good luck IHOP cumming I wouldn’t go back in there if you offered free...
Read moreI've had good meals here before but my last visit really put me off. If you do go, I'd recommend to just stick with the breakfast dishes, even if you go there for dinner.
We went for dinner during one of the rare times when the parking lot wasn't packed. That didn't appear to matter too much though. After we had been seated by the waitress, liked over the menu, and then put up the menus on the edge of the table, our waitress was zoned out in table-cleaning mode and didn't notice us for roughly and additional 10 minutes, despite walking by our table 5-6 times in which she didn't even spare us a glance, even once we started trying to wave her over...
Maybe she was just tired or having an off day but it is frustrating having to wait for no apparent reason when you're hungry. To make matters worse, when I ordered the "Loaded Philly burger" (emphasising BURGER), I got a Philly cheesesteak instead...
I wished she had asked for clarification rather than just assuming the wrong one but I'll lay the blame here with corporate for having 2 items that sound too similar. After all, they could really have used a different name for the burger.
Anyway, I was hungry and didn't feel like waiting even longer so I didn't say anything. Apparently, that was my mistake as their Philly cheesesteak is probably the blandest meal I've ever had in my life.
If IHOP corporate should read this, my advice is to simply remove the Philly cheesesteak from your menu since it tastes terrible. Otherwise, go to a mall that has a "Charley's Philly steaks", order one of theirs with everything on it and compare with yours to see what's wrong. And please for the love of God, change the name of the Loaded Philly burger so the two items don't...
Read moreI stopped here Sunday to pick up an order I had placed while I was in Costco. It was ready so quickly I pulled up and it was ready. It was amazing. I got in the car looked in the bag and noticed there was only 4 onion rings in the container for the order I ordered of onion rings. I took it back inside, asked to speak to the manager and asked him "on what planet that was an order of onion rings" I probably came across as a total Karen. He assured me that they were done by weight and I said OK I'm going to leave a review on Google maps are you sure that's you're final answer and he said yes so I got back in the car fully intending to berate the situation on only getting 4 onion rings however after 2 onion rings I was totally satisfied. They were absolutely amazing. Ihop has the best onion rings. I even got to share one with each of my kids and they were satisfied. I thought about it and the order was only $3.50 not even it was less than that so I would have paid $7 which is more than twice that price for a larger order of onion rings and not even thought twice about it. It really wasn't that bad of a deal I guess I was thinking of it as $1 per onion ring😮 but anyways they get 5 stars because they were quick. They were delicious, all of the food was amazing, chicken sandwiches and French toast and the manager and the employees were extremely polite and gracious even though I was not satisfied at that moment. They were also very busy which just makes it that much more fantastic that they were so quick with our order. Thank you I hop and I am sorry if I was rude. I'm sorry that I...
