I ordered through the McDonald's App (Paid for) a pick up order at 130am. It was a Sunday night so everything else was closed and the app said they were open so I placed the order. I drove 16 miles one way to get the food which the app says to go through the drive through, the drive through is blocked off so I go around it and pull up to the window and sit for 15 minutes. I checked in to the app that I was there. After 15 minutes I put in reverse and went back to the first window where the lady was doing dishes. Took 5 minutes to get her attention and she wouldn't come anywhere closer to the window to hear me as I pointed to the app saying I placed an order. She just kept smiling and mouthed "were closed". I don't usually eat McDonald's and this was my first time using the app so I did not know how to cancel and I had already paid so I'm trying to explain to her as I point to the phone and she just smiles and points forward. I assumed she was finally willing to talk to me even if she didn't open the window all the way for safety she could step close to it or something right. So I thought she was pointing to the front drive through window so I pulled back up to it. I sat another 10 mi utes and began honking my horn. Nothing, she just ignored me and stayed in the back. I understand since covid people have not had enough workers for shifts but if your not open 24 hours anymore please freaked adjust that in the apps so people don't waist their time and energy and money! I remember why I stopped eating McDonald's to begin with. People are rude and inconsiderate of the customers. Read moreIf I would give a ZERO star for the service I would. We went through the drive through. We waited for 5 minutes for the person taking orders to ask what our order was. We ordered then she said hold a minute. Comes back and asked what we wanted to order for a second time after we had already ordered. Ask her if she had our order, she then process to tell us to pull to the first window. So we kindly ask again if she had our order because at this point we have no idea if she does or not. Then she tells us its her job to take orders with so much attitude. Finally another employee gets on the mic and takes our order. As we pull up to the first window, the first lady asked again what our order is and is just full of so much attitude. We tell her what we ordered. She then proceeded to tell us that her job is to take orders and she does not answer to Yes maam or No maam. Whatever that was about. So we try to explain that we heard her and ordered then she wanted to act like it was our fault. Seriously this lady need to get another job where she does not have to interact with the public. We live locate and will drive to a different McD to get food next time. She was so so rude, I can not see how she still has a job but I guess being that the store is located on the interstate, most of the customers wont be coming back by this location. And what was sad is we saw the manager right behind her. So I am sure he could hear her attitude. So if you ever go to the McD. I would suggest driving by to see if this lady is working, she had a white & pink wig on. And if so I would just keep driving to the Sonic or Hardees...
Read moreMy first impression of this location was good, from the outside that is. It went downhill fast after that. As soon as I walked in, there was a male sleeping at one of the tables..no food, no garbage from eating food, just sleeping stone cold. I was hungry so I went to order and it took longer than I’d expect, even though it was all that busy. After ordering, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and found that in great need of cleaning. Literally an entirely almost consumed roll of paper toweling was sitting on the counter soaking up water and whatever ever else came into contact with it. I went back and waited another 10 min or so before my order finally came up. I observed an “Interview on site immediately today” sign and wondered if that was why the male was still sleeping out there, even after several employees went by him and did nothing. Another lady came up to complain there was no toilet paper in the women’s bathroom. I sat down to eat and watched the floor staff employees. One basically walked around slowly and did nothing. Even when he did wipe off the self order screens with cleaner, he only wiped half of the screen and you could still see marks all over it. Then he didn’t even touch the other two before putting the cleaner and towel away. The manager seemed to be trying to make things work but I’m not sure there’s enough plug material to keep this shop from sinking. I will not come back to this one for sure.
