EDIT : I WAS FINALLY TOLD THE MANAGERS NAME BY A EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF BIANCEE , THE MANAGER WHO THIS POST IS ABOUT IS QUIN , A OLDER AFRICAN AMERICAN BLACK LADY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL . Horrible horrible old female manger at this location , manger has refused to give her name because her driver delivered my order to the wrong location and my food was eaten by someone else . I was highly upset because I waited 2 hours for my meal just to have someone else enjoy it . when I called to explain what happen to the manger she immediately interrupted me when I began to explain and wanted to defend the driver . I asked her if I could have her name and she REFUSED to give me her name simply because she thought I was going to complain about her (which I was ) and said NO . I was completely appalled by that response .Why is someone like this a manager at your location pizza hut ? the lack of customer service from this manager was astonishing. I have always enjoyed pizza hut but this experience has made me completely not want to eat from here anymore . I hope someone retrains this manager on how to professional speak and handle customer complaints because arguing with customers when YOUR DRIVER DELIVERED MY PAID FOR FOOD TO SOMEONE ELSE , is obviously the drivers fault . However, I tried calling before I thought the pizza was ready to request no ketchup packets, which always end up directly on the french fries when I get it. The woman over the phone was responding but I couldnāt hear her, so I asked that she repeat herself. She did that, but was kind of rude.
I entered the store, find the same woman at the register, and told her I was picking up for myself name. She didnāt hear me and so had a problem with me. I repeated that I was here to pick up, giving my name and telling here I was just on the phone with her. I get the pizza, thanked her, and left.
I would have finished my personal pan pizza, but it was too dang nasty from all the cheese that was on it. I never asked for extra cheese. It didnāt even seem like it was a personal pan pizza because of the cheese, which engulfed the crust. As a matter of fact, the crust was barely crust. Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst and LAST time I will order from this location. Placed an online order on 3/15/19 around 5:50pm with an estimate of 25-35 minutes for delivery. After waiting an hour I called the location at about 6:50pm and the manager Jonathan answers the phone, I asked him when I could expect my order as It was expected based on my email within 25-35 minutes and he quickly informed me that that was not possible as the online was saying one hour to an hour and 25 minutes. I asked for the persons name for no other reason than to end the call with well thanks whomever but it clearly offended manager Jonathan who initially responded with this is the manger rather than a name. No need to be defensive this customer was really just trying to get an update but now I feel compelled to share the awkward interaction and order.
