Firehouse Subs Cumberland Mall — Restaurant in Georgia

So I went into this firehouse location to order an Italian sub. Upon placing the order, I told the guy, no tomatoes, add banana peppers, and toasted. I received the sandwich with tomatoes. It was not toasted. And it probably didn't have banana peppers on it either. There was mayo spread all over the bread. It looked absolutely disgusting. So I go back in, and I was the only customer in there, mind you. So I go back in and I ask for the sandwich to be remade. They proceed to make it. It's three people in the store. They're talking amongst themselves. They're not paying attention. So they're remaking the sandwich. I told them, banana peppers, no tomatoes, toasted. How hard are those instructions? I don't think that they're that hard of instructions. So I hear them talking amongst themselves. They're laughing, ha-ha, joking. They're not working. If you were working, you would have remembered a very simple Italian, no tomatoes, toasted. Even if you forgot the banana peppers, take that out. Fine. But it wasn't that complicated. So once again, they called over the counter and asked me to confirm what I ordered. And at that point, I just asked for a refund. Do yourself a favor. Do not come back to this location. I should have known better. I was the only person in there. And at that point, I just didn't feel right about it. I'm reading reviews that said people got food poisoning. At this point, I wasn't even comfortable, and I just asked for a refund. But I will never come back to this location. If you can make a basic sandwich you shouldn’t be working in a sandwich shop…I should have known the service was going to be bad the guy making it didn’t even comb his hair..why would I expect him to care about serving me a decent sandwich. I love the food here but WORST SERVICE ever by what looks like a group of 16 year olds. Stood at the register for a few mins with the girl behind the register just goofing off with her coworkers saying “hahaha y’all gotta see me act a fool” and then more jokes about how they are messing up someone’s sandwich...when there is nobody else here. Then after another minute or so of them hopping around she sighs and says “ok what can I get for you.” She can’t handle more than 1 word at a time so our orders were repeated twice until we went “can I have a medium...............turkey bacon ranch............on white..........with a bottle water” “with a whata? One order at a time y’all” Most frustrating ordering experience I’ve ever had. My girlfriend turned to me after and asked “is this real life?” As if there was some kind of joke played on us. They weren’t rude or anything just 100% unprofessional. No dedication to their job what.so.ever.

Update (10 seconds ago), they just brought our food out...it was the wrong order. Again...THERE IS NOBODY ELSE HERE. How do you bring us the wrong order? Sandwich finally came (took about 15 mins to make 2)...no bacon on it. Must be hard to remember to put bacon on a sandwich with bacon in the name. Not even going to mention it just leaving. Will never be back here again unless I know they have hired people with a sense...

Ive been going to firehouse subs for over 10 years. Lawrenceville location i know the workers by first name basis and loved the service. Today was my bday and i happen to be at thw cumberland area so i visited this location. I called in beforehand before arriving to ask about the bday special which ive always had no trouble receiving. Lady told me over phone i need to redeem in app. I looked all over the app and couldn't find what she was telling me. Once i got here i asked same white lady and tall male (middle eastern) gentleman to help me. For over 15 min we stood there and they couldnt find a solution. Entire time the energy was hostile. They made me feel unwelcome. I juat gave up and ended up paying for my meal. The same white lady tells other employee "that chinese guy called in for this". First of all i am not chinese. I am korean. I really wish i had a recording device. Very unfriendly and hostile location. Check all my reviews. I only compliment places and very rarely talk bad about places. But this is not good.
