Disappointing customer service and overall experience. I ordered online via THEIR website for my husband to pick up. We got 3 drinks, one being 44oz because we all wanted to try that flavor the most. When he arrived they told him they didnt have the main ingredient dragonfruit. Since the only reason we got the large size was because we all wanted that specific flavor, we wanted that drink refunded and were going to get a small size of another flavor. They declined the refund stating they couldn't do it as the order was made through a "third party vendor" which is ridiculous because it was their own website. So definitely don't order online here since you have no customer service protection for your order. They should've made it right some other way, offer and come back again card or something, but their customer service was extremely lacking and their smoothies taste didnt make up for it. At the least they shoudve updated the website to not allow ordering of a product when they are...

I came in to the buford location. The last time I came in the last manager was very helpful and talkative, when I asked about the smoothies. Though when recently i came in a man took my order and I was asking about the menu. Since i wanted to try something new. He had a disgusting attitude and he gave me a dirty look. I then ordered quickly and ended up getting my usual a Fiji island breeze, because I just wanted to leave. I proceeded to drink my smoothie and it was horrendous, it wasn't blended enough and there were literal full leaves in my drink. I was very shocked, because the service was great before it only happened with this man. If you do come to this location I would recommend coming in the afternoon when he's not there. I called ahead to check if they have ginger available since not all locations offer it. The associate told me that they do. So I drove about 20 miles with my family to go there. Ginger option is the only reason why I keep going back to a Planet Smoothie. When I arrived and placed my order, the cashier said they don’t have ginger. The girl that answered the phone said she thought they have it when I called but realized they don’t have it. I gave 2 stars bc st least they are nice, I would have given 1 or zero if i can since gas prices are insanely high these days.
