UPDATE After submitting my review I received an email from Xavier another manager who was extremely helpful. He apologized for the rude behavior from the previous manager and persuade me to give the restaurant another visit on 1/14/23 when he would be working. The treatment and service my party received was night and day compared to 1/7/23 and highlighted the leadership Xavier displays. Our food arrived to our table quickly and our waitress was professional and kept coming back to our table to see if there was anything else we needed. I can truly say Xavier saved me as a customer and we will continue to visit as long as he is apart of this establishment. With that being said I will be updating my star rating from 1 star to 5 stars.

@rockin_crab_stockbridge the rocking crab absolutely ruined my birthday celebration. They implemented a change to their policy 1/6 after I made my reservation on 1/5 that they failed to advised when I called the day off to confirm my reservation. My party was running late and instead of offering to push our reservation back we were offered to push our time out by 15 minutes. It was not until after my party was seated that they advised we had 2 hours and then every 30 minutes after was an additional $50! Management was unwilling to assist very rude and provided no resolution outside pushing our time up 15 minutes out. This policy is nowhere listed on their website nor their social media pages as of 1/7. On top service is absolutely atrocious they dance instead of checking to see if there was anything else we needed outside the order we placed. Upon complaining to management we were told that the waitress has already been to our table as if shouldn't have asked for anything else. Definitely will not be back and I suggest everyone reading this for the same. This place far exceeded our expectations! We were exhausted from driving 2 hours and still had 6 hours to go, looking for a decent meal that wasn’t some gross chain that only makes you sick immediately after. We spotted this place which from the outside doesn’t look like much but the parking lot was PACKED. I looked up the reviews and decided to give it a chance. When I tell you this place is a VIBE, from the decor to the friendly staff and the music- it was just on point. Our lovely waitress Brie was so sweet, especially to our little daughter Savy. The food was PHENOMENAL. I had the 1/2 lb shrimp with their rockin seasoning/mild and it was cooked to perfection and was the perfect combination of garlic, lemon pepper and Cajun. I ordered a rockin bahama mama and let me tell you, one was enough. It was perfect blend of strong but tasting wonderful. My husband and daughter had fried chicken, cat fish and shrimp. Seasoned and fried perfect without being overcooked or tasting like the oil hasn’t been changed in ages. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food! And you can’t beat the price! Our total bill was $48… I thought it was a mistake given how fresh and on point everything was. We had some small talk and mentioned it was Savy’s 4th birthday, at the end of our meal the whole crew came out and sang their own rendition of happy birthday, clapping their hands. The way her little eyes lit up and started dancing was EVERYTHING. It’s the small details that really count. I only wish this was closer to home because this would be a regular spot for sure. We will make it a point to stop here on our next road...

The food was good, although served to us cold. The seasoning was good and the environment was interesting. Now for the bad. I ordered a 16oz draft beer and was brought a bottle instead, when I pointed this out the waitress was nice enough and took it back to give me what I ordered. The manager then came back with a 12oz mug, I asked him if it was the 16oz and he said it was. I knew it wasn't but said oh well, we will handle that on the bill. After looking and tasting the beer it was obviously the bottle that they just poured into the glass. It tasted flat and had no head, obvious to beer guys it wasn't draft. I then called him over and asked him why he poured the bottled beer into the mug, he said that he didn't and told me he poured it himself. I told him it definitely was not draft and again he said he poured it himself. At this point another manger came over and he explained the situation then she said that she personally poured the beer. Hmm, yeah ok. I asked them to take it off the bill and they said they wouldn't, fine. We had our food served cold and when I asked the server for the crab leg cracker thing she said they were being washed and instead (not lying) offerede a pair of scissors that were definitely dirty. I told her I would wait for the actual crackers. She did bring them out and they were nice and clean. The manager then ce over to tell us that he had removed the beer which i appreciate but said that that all the beer taste like bottled. Yeah ok. Never...
