I came to the Smoothie King in Tucker on Henderson Mill. I asked for a bee berry bowl. I asked the cashier Jessica for extra honey she repeated my request and said okay.
When the Shan began to make my bowl after she placed the granola on top and proceeded to put the strawberry's I asked her could she please apply the honey on the granola then on top of the fruit. She stated oh you want extra honey and I said yes that's what I requested. So she went to the register and asked did I pay I for extra honey. I stated I guess I don't know I asked for extra honey and the cashier said ok. She (Shan - the manager) then asked Jessica if I asked for extra honey and Jessica told her yes. Then she asked if she charged me for extra she (Jessica) said no. The manager Shan stated I didn't pay and it cost. I advised to refund my money because I asked for extra honey. The cashier acknowledged that I did ask. Why the cashier (Jessica) did not inform me that it cost extra nor charge me extra as a customer is not my fault. Good customer service and good management would of just provided the extra honey. Again, just a few extra drops of honey. When asked about upper management at first, Shan tried to ignore me then advised they don't have upper management they are a franchise and I need to look it up and with smart alleck tone said have a good one as she gave me my refund receipt. I am so disturb about this treatment and service. It is evident that Shan is not invested in this company because of her customer service. If an employee tells that yes the customer did ask why punish the customer for something they had no idea about rather than deal with the employee. Again, all of this over a few drops of extra honey you have lost a customer. And every chance I get I will express my disappointment to others about the franchise in Tucker at 2068...

I have come here before and have had bad customer service with this same employee but because it is close to my job I generally go in the morning and Zena isn't there. But this time it is overboard and so much so that I will not come back again. I ordered a 40 oz Nutty Grain with super recharge. I got to the window and was given a small Keto Champ Coffee. When Zena handed me the smoothie I said oh thats not mine, I ordered a 40 oz. She then had to charge me again. She didn't apologize or say what she was going to do. Then she comes back with a 40 oz and I read the receipt and it is still a Keto Champ Coffee. I again told her that she had it wrong and that I ordered a 40 oz Nutty Grain. I am vegan and can not have any milk products. She then charged me for a 3rd time. I asked her why was I getting charged AGAIN and she said, you are getting the credit back for the other two and I said well you didn't tell me that. Then she says "pull up and park" I came in and she handed me a watery smoothie that doesn't taste anything like the Nutty grain and because she made the same mistake twice I have had to throw away my smoothie. I asked to speak to the manager and she just looked at me like a deer in headlights and said nothing. Although I walked in to the store, I was never given the option to speak to a manager. Read moreWent to this location after the gym to get a smoothie usually I have no issues. Today was different as soon as I walked in there were two girls arguing with each other in front of customers as I approached the counter the cashier let me know that they had ran out of bananas. I asked her what she would recommend instead, she stated that she did not know. She turned around to ask her co-worker who then started getting upset because I asked her recommendation. She raised her voice and said “why would she want a smoothie with no bananas it’s just ice cream who wants that?” I was surprised and confused at the same time. The energy that I was receiving from the associates was horrible! I have been in customer service for almost 15 years and I have never seen 3 different associates act that way in front of paying customers. I left the store and went to the one on Buford highway where I received much better service. Honestly I would NOT recommend anyone visit this LOCATION until they can replace the entire STAFF! It seemed as if they had not idea how to conduct themselves in a place of work and let alone in front of customers. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAD! I work at TMobile in Lenox so I deal with customer attitudes all day long but never would I act like that in front of my customers.
