Well I got the Delmonico steak, requested it medium well when I receive it. I was asked to cut into it, I did, it was medium. Greer took the steak back to get more heat on it. Well this time the cook brought a steak back, asked me to cut into it again still medium. (I dont think it was the same steak) So he took the steak back cooked it again this time it was over cooked. I was already ready to eat so when he brought it back the last time I was just like you know what I'm just going to eat it. I must say the cook was nice and realized it was an issue on the kitchen not me, he even admitted its not undercooked anymore. I started eating it, or what I thought was meat seemed ok, but was actually fat. When I start getting to the meat it was tough, would have told my waitress earlier but she took so long to come back over so I started chewing the steak and actually spitting it out just to get the flavor. When Greer finally did come back over she asked was it something we needed or where we still eating I said my husband's done but I'm still eating, I just had to stop eating the steak because it's over cooked. Greer didn't seem like she cared, didn't show any concern, and we asked for paper napkins we never got them. I don't know maybe she just didn't like our table because the cook messed up my steak in the beginning, Idk. Greer seemed to favor certain tables because she was very talkative to some. Excuse the pictures but just want to provide evidence that I'm not lying. I came to eat not continuously wait for my food to be recooked.

Our lunch stop at Ted's, nestled in The Collection, was a delightful experience. The moment we walked in, the cozy atmosphere resembling a lodge out west with warm wood paneling immediately set a welcoming tone. Despite arriving at the peak of lunch hour, we were seated promptly, adding to the positive start. Our server proved to be a valuable guide, offering helpful suggestions and promptly answering our questions. The service was on point, contributing to our overall satisfaction. Now, onto the main event – the food. And Ted's did not disappoint! The half sour pickles offered a unique and tasty start to our meal. Moving on to the main course, we indulged in hamburgers and Bison Brisket, accompanied by sides of mac & cheese, French fries, and onion rings. Every bite was a flavor sensation. Dessert was a sweet finale with wild berry cheesecake and apple crisp with ice cream and caramel. Each dish was a delicious conclusion to an already fantastic meal.Leaving Ted's Montana Grill, we were not just pleased; we were fully satisfied. The combination of warm ambiance, excellent service, and incredible food makes Ted's a must-visit dining destination.

First time eating here, stopped by for lunch around 1pm last Friday. No one was at the Hostess stand upon entering, waited about 5 min for anyone to acknowledge the 4 of us, even though there was someone behind the bar that could've said "hello, someone will be right with you". No big deal but an acknowledgement goes a long way plus they only had a handful of tables, so not busy at all. We were seated and then maybe 15 min went by before our server greeted us, which we almost got up and left bc we were looking to grab a quick lunch. The same lady who seated us ended up being our server. We mentioned it was our first time, but no items were recommended and service continued to be very slow. Took quite a long time for our food to come out too, but everything was hot at least. My daughter said the fish sandwich was yummy. My husband and I weren't impressed with the overcooked, dry burgers. Once we were done eating, we waited quite a while(15+mins) before we saw our server again to get the check. We spent way longer here than needed or wanted just due to our server being MIA and slowwww.

My husband and I went to dinner there last night. It was not overwhelmingly busy but we understood being Fri night it may take longer than usual to get our food. After waiting almost an hour for our food and our waitress never coming to our table to tell us anything, I called her over and asked her if our food would be ready soon. She said they had staff call out so her manager was already cooking our food and it would be a few minutes. Again, we understood and despite the fact that we could see that people who had been seated after us were getting their food first we continued to wait another 20 minutes before we decided we had waited long enough. We went to the bar to ask for our check for the half drank sweet teas we had and the guy there said that he didn't think we would get charged due to the inconvenience. We told him we didn't just want to assume and asked to check with our waitress. As we waited, he came back and said our food was ready and being taken to our table. Since we were really hungry, we returned to our table and they brought our food. I had only taken one bite of my burguer when I noticed I only had a few fries that were soaked in oil and they were covering crumbs. Now, they say their fries are fresh but what we found out was that my husband and I both got what looked like the leftovers at the bottom of a frozen bag. We were so upset that after they had taken so long putting us about 45 mins away from closing time, they would just throw left overs together and bring it to our table and feed us that. We again, got up and told our waitress about the issue and to just give us our check. While we were not expecting anything free, we were absolutely shocked when she brought us a check for our drinks which we had only drank half way since we didn't want to fill up on sweet tea. This experience has been completely disappointing. We have never had this type of service in another Ted's much less restaurant. If they are hurting for money so bad that they not only feed their customers left overs but also charge for the water down drinks they bring you, they need to reevaluate their service. Needless to say, we would not...

My wife and I have been going to Ted’s for over a decade now. It’s been (up until yesterday) our go to favorite restaurant. We got there yesterday as it opened, and were seated. Our waitress seemed nice and was at first attentive. We ordered our food but she did not write anything down (this is important later). Asked for one sweet tea no lemon and one unsweetened with lemon. Ordered our food. Bison nachos come out and they were not as good as usual. Chips seemed stale. She brings my unsweetened team and brings my wife a water saying they are having to make sweet tea. Wait and wait, no tea. Girl comes back and says tea is not ready and she can bring something else out (after 20 minutes) and my wife politely says “How long does it take to make tea?” This upsets the girl and she says “Well I have to make. 2 gallons”. This is when the girls attitude went into the toilet. Wife says can I have a Coke for now. Food comes out and fries are missing. None of the condiments we asked for are there. She said ”Fries aren’t ready yet.” The coke brought out tasted awful. We waited 10 more minutes and the fries finally come out and they are soggy and nasty. I asked if the tea was ready and she went back to check. Brings the tea out WITH LEMON IN IT. My wife said “I told you I don’t drink tea with lemon.” The waitress just stood there. Wife asked to see the manager. Manger came out and my wife talked to him. He didn’t seem that concerned TBH. Food was worst we’ve ever had anytime we are there. Still have my wife’s burger with one bite taken out that we hope our local raccoon will eat tonight but we have our doubts. Service flat out sucked. Grill was worst waitress we’ve ever had. Ruined our entire weekend. Sad to say we’ll...

Benn eating at this Ted's for 4 years + and always had a good to great experience. On Sunday and upon entering the Host let us wait for approximately 4 min while he carried on a conversation on the outside patio. The Host reentered and told us he would be back to assist. He departed and went back outside on the patio to get the dog water bowl. He then carried the bowl through the restaurant, filled it at the counter where food was being transported, took his time, and then carried then bowl through the restaurant back to the patio (why not get a cup of water and take to the bowl). During this time the wait line of people was growing. The Host eventually made his way back to the podium and said he would set our table and return. He then got the table paper and the napkins with silverware and never washed his hands after handling the dog bowl. When he returned to take us to our table I asked twice to speak to the manager and the Host never complied. When the server came to the table and asked to speak with a manager who arrived at the table and the situation was explained. The manager stated there were too many things wrong with the entire incident. The Host was not fully trained in customer service and his common sense was lacking along with a lack of being sanitary.

Prior ratings have been 5 when visiting bring the past and as recently about 3 weeks ago. We declined the managers offer to stay since the table was not sanitary due to the Host and poor customer service. My wife and I have been going to this Ted's for over 4 years. I was surprised with my experiences yesterday. Never happened in the past. Customer had always been excellent but...
