The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Georgia

So decided to stop here for a sandwich to have something a bit different. I know Honey Baked thinks a LOT of their ham and turkey, but the prices are astronomical for the amount of food you are given. Ordered a turkey sandwich that had maybe 2 slices of turkey on it and it was $12! No sides, no drink just a plain sandwich with a LOT more bread than meat. Then to add 1 side and drink was $2 more but to add 2 sides came up to almost $19.00. That is crazy. Then on top of that the customer service was just blah! They could not have cared less and maybe even as if they were bothered. It is not like this place is booming with business. Also, the manager (who I did not request to speak with just came out because my order was odd) was so dismissive and could not even say have a nice day. I am a Honey Baked customer but will not ever stop by for lunch again. Will stick with what I know-the whole ham and turkey. However, even those are getting too pricey these days. If you want a ham or turkey sandwich, I would suggest go to Jason's Deli just across the street and get better quality/quantity for cheaper prices as theirs always comes with chips...

I went to pick up the Xmas meal I order every year for my staff. It was during slow hours with very few customers in the store. I go to leave after receiving my order and this lovely woman comes out of nowhere, blocks the door I was heading towards (the one I entered through, which was clear of other customers and right next to my vehicle, labeled "prepaid pickup" -which applied to me). She made me walk out a different door on the opposite side of the store, forcing me to walk all the way around the building with two very full armfuls of hundreds of dollars worth of food. As I walked passed the same door that I was not allowed to exit, the same woman was holding the door open for other guests exiting the building with a smile. She looked right at me while doing so, apparently pleased with herself for making me walk around. I guess she just didn't like me. Don't worry, I won't be...

My family and I really love Honey Baked Ham. This is the only location we have been to (LaVista Road store). We have shopped here about 10+ times. The staff has always been friendly, professional & helpful. We, of course, love the sliced ham...but we also really look forward to the Pot Roast (3 lb, pre-cooked with brown gravy). We just pop it into the crockpot on low and let it slowly cook in it's juices & gravy. Our most recent trip there they were out of the Pot Roasts. Disappointed...I was about to leave when REMONIA - Manager - told me she could have one delivered from another store. Sure enough...about 30 minutes later it arrived. I have never encountered this level of customer service in the food industry. Extremely impressed...I brought the Pot Roast home much to the happiness of my family that was visiting from Texas. Thanks, REMONIA...you are first class. I've included a few pics of the process....
