This place has really gotten bad with the young workers. I understand you're getting up, going to a job to make a decent earning but when it comes to customer service you have to have that customer service skills and the attitude as if you wants to be there. I did not get the young lady name that had taken the order in the Drive-Thru but she was an African-American medium build. As I was making my order I do understand with the order that I made there is sauce and there is a certain drink you must have but when you placing your order it is nice to let the customer say exactly what they want don't over talk the customer and adjust the order for them, please give the customer time to say what need to be said and once completed then the question can be asked like, mansur what type of sauce would that order? But I never got a chance to say any of that but better once you drive to the window you have 3 workers assisting you and that's what a confusion come in because either your drink is going to be wrong or you don't have the right sauce in your bag if you are having nuggets but you clearly stated that with the order taker. And also I went in there this past Tuesday I'm not going to say the young lady named but she was not the one that took my order so as I got to the window I'm handing this young lady that looks at least 16-17yrs old my card and she's staring at me like a deer frozen in on coming headlights. As she quoted my price I'm with the card in my hand as my elbow was lying on my door, she's already looking at me waiting for my pay, I said are you going to get the card? Her reply was, you have to give me the card for me the ring you up. And I said don't you see my arm up with the card hanging in the window what do you want me to do reach out of the truck into your window and ring up my own order? She grab my card and started mouthing off at the other employees and looking back at me shaking her head and by that time a older female handed me my order she looks to be a manager or somewhat but never ask a question of what's going on she had that look on her face too as of she know that we had an issue because the young lady was loud as she was talking and had that upset look on her face as if something was wrong earlier that day. As you see this is the Wendy's in the Publix parking lot on Mount Zion but if I have to I will just start going to the one on 138 in BrandsMart lot, I live off Fielder Rd. so both is in same proximity. This may not been worth reading to some but some are serious about customer...
Read moreGiving this Wendy's a 1 star rating was way to generous. I experienced terrible customer service in the drive-thru tonight. The light is out on the menu board and the young lady working the drive-thru didn't even want to explain the 4 for 4 options, and kept blowing as I asked questions. I asked did they have Hi C orange as a drink option, and she ignored me. She then proceeded to say and we don't have no ketchup or barbecue sauce either, so what kind of sauce do you want? Very unprofessional and stereotypical (sadly enough). I called into the location and requested to speak with the manager, and spoke with Neisha (whom identified herself as the manager). All she did was listen to me tell her about my experience and said sorry about that ma'am. That's it! Now, I told her I pulled out of the drive-thru because I refuse to patronize bad customer service, and the best she could say was sorry to hear that. Not Ma'am if you come inside, I'll be more than happy to take your order and serve you today. That was probably me bumping my head thinking it was a Chick-fil-A establishment. Franchise owner, please do better with your hiring process. Or, spend some time at...
Read moreThe workers were racist I’m white and all of the workers I saw were black which is weird if you’re not biased, anyway. I pull up to the drive through and ask for my doordashes food, the lady says “you have to come inside” which makes no sense in the first place but, might be a policy, although, all other fast food places don’t do that?! and so I say, “okay” In a sad and confused tone. I drive around the Wendy’s to park and the drive thru lady and the other black worker inside is giving me dirty looks as Im looking inside the store. I walk inside and the drive through lady is telling me to call the customer and tell her that Wendy’s is out of wraps, it turns out, in the middle of my call, the worker says they are NOT out of wraps after all!? THEY wasted mine and the customers time! my embarrassment was their twisted racist amusement (because I had to apologize and made the situation weird). This happened at around 9:30pm on February 7th. Very horrible experience....
