Went to visit on a Sunday early evening, drove 25 mins to visit. Cookies are $5 each but we opted to purchase a 7 pack of cookies for 3 teenagers and 1 adult. We ordered extras just to try a variety. Our cookies were very hard to where I could knock on them. I'm fine with soft middle and firmer outside but these cookies were hard and not edible during our travel back across town. We had to go home microwave them to eat. I didn't know if this was the norm so l called to ask and worker says they are supposed to be between soft and hard, these were not. Our first experience leaves much to be desired, based on the product we received I would not recommend but hopefully we just caught a bad day. They didn’t offer compensation or an apology, I could return if I brought them back but we tried 5 of the 7 by Cutting them in half with a knife when we got home. I wasn’t about to drive 25 mins back across town. These teens love sweets and ended up throwing the other half of the cookies in the garbage. I love the art aesthetics in the...
Read moreThis was our first visit to cookie plug and I really liked the atmosphere. It is a fun and colorful environment that represents Memphis. The location is good because people leaving Huey’s have a place to go get late night dessert. The manager offered us a free sample of their purple lemonade but we declined and got a box of four cookies. The box of cookies was about $20. The branding and marketing is really cute and fun. However, the cookies were good but weren’t really anything super special. If you like Crumbl cookies, you’ll probably like cookie plug cookies, but they weren’t really anything different that I would go back for. I still stand by my review- that insomnia cookies are the best in this category.
The cookie with sprinkles was kinda burnt on the bottom and had a weird, egg like taste. ? The S’more cookie was by far the...
Read moreI joined the hype after watching a guy name Twin's review on tiktok so I was so excited to try these cookies. Sadly I was so disappointed. The atmosphere and service was excellent and the cashier was friendly. I wanted 4 cookies but I ended up getting the 7 pack and the drink which was 20 dollars. Almost every cookie in the pack was undercooked except the red velvet. Some i couldnt even pick up because it was so doughy. They don't offer tops for the cups which is weird and as soon as I got outside I waste the drink on my white dress trying to get in the car. The cookies are bigger than normal so maybe they haven't mastered the right amount of time to bake them but I won't be returning. Not worth all the hype in my opinion but definitely try them for yourself. You may get a better...
