Dunkin' — Restaurant in Germantown

Very rude. Slow service didn't even acknowledge me. Didn't even say good morning and then I asked for the special. They said I have to download the app for the breakfast trio for potato sandwich and coffee for 6$ each. I ordered 3 but my price came out to 32$ and change I asked to see the bill and the women said she threw it in the garbage! First time in years at a Dunkin as in Canada we do not have this chain anymore but I needed coffee and breakfast fast to continue on my drive for another 6 hours. I could have eaten cheaper and better anywhere else and served faster wasted an hour of my life and money! There was another man who used the app got everything in about a 10 minute wait but his breakfast sandwich her got after 30 minutes wait. Waited in drive through for 20 mins, nobody took the order when my turn came, got to the cashier window he said I can't take your order here come inside the store and order. GREAT, went inside ordered 6 wraps and bought 3 milks and told how I was ignored in drive through (no apologies or regrets by staff) no worries, paid and waited for my order, they put the order on grab shelf my instincts kicked in and I checked the order it was short of a wrap. Now I am looking for help and they are all busy/ignoring got in cashiers line again told them to fix the order, the lady was like yeah it says six wraps and they gave you five they will give you another wrap. Thats it, no apology or regrets for the inconvenience. Terrible service and definitely the worst experience. What a pathetic standard from a Dunkin...

Absolutely the WORST! Hurts me because I know the family that owns this location but the staff is awful! I ordered ahead and went to the drive-thru for pick up. 1) A young man is laughing and playing with a co-worker and does not even take the fact that I'm there into consideration. 2) the drink I order was only 3/4 filled. I order coffee at dunkin about 4-5 times a week. I know exactly how much the coffee is supposed to be filled. 3) the cup was sticky! I told him that it was sticky and asked for a napkin only for him to grab the drink out of my hand and take it to the back. Came back with a stickier cup! Clearly the young man doesn't take his job seriously. If management reads this, I just hope that the 2 people working on 11/29/2020 at 5:00 PM are faced with some kind of action to avoid future...
