Already posted a review on Yelp but decided to post one here as well in hopes more people could see this including management! Went there yesterday for cappuccino and snacking bacon but decided to add a bagel. However what I received was burnt. Would have been better to tell me the bagel was burnt in error and offer an apology as well as an alternative like donuts or my money back. But I was given a burnt bagel that I could not eat and it was soggy on the inside as well from too much butter and I didn't realize it until I was back home. Do better DD! The staff needs to just be honest and admit their mistake not let the customer suffer with the consequences!

They have a nice assortment of options, donuts, sandwiches, and drinks. However the donuts pale in comparison to other local donut places. They always taste like the are on the brink of going stale. It's nice to have the option of a chicken biscuit or ham croissant though.

Instead of notifying me they were out of pumpkin, they just gave me an unsweetened flavorless latte. They took the time to write “No Pumpkin sorry” on the cup but didn’t take the time to let me know the pumpkin was out of stock. So glad I wasted money and time today.

I have been to this establishment on three different occasions. I will briefly describe my experience: #1: Experience was okay when compared to the other two. Cashier must have been in a bad mood that day due to the fact that there was no sense of niceness or general concern in serving me in her voice. All I ordered were a dozen doughnuts, so I thought it would be a quick in and out. WRONG! There were no glazed doughnuts in stock, so the cashier turned to complain about the lack of stock to a coworker. Afterwards, she sauntered into the back to get some more doughnuts. Five minutes later she emerges with a dozen chocolate doughnuts. I explained to her that I ordered glazed. The cashier did not even acknowledge that I had spoken or that she had made a mistake. She then saunters back, and five more minutes emerges with the correct order. Upon receiving my order there was no thank you, come again, or I am sorry for messing up your order.

#2: I went inside and ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel combo. The cashier was much friendlier this time, but the time it took was crazy. When I entered the restaurant there was one customer waiting inline to order. After ordering, which took about seven minutes just to order, it took another ten minutes to be acknowledged that I was waiting. While waiting for my food, finally, about ten minutes later, someone asked me why I was waiting. I explained that I had not received my order. She then asked what I had ordered. I explained, and then they began preparing my order. While preparing my order they ran out of cheese. The person preparing my order then began to stroll to the back to refresh the cheese supply. Before making it to the back, she stopped to prepare herself a drink. After refreshing herself and placing her drink in the food prep area, she then pulled out her phone and proceeded to do something on her phone. When she finally emerged with more cheese, I received my order. This whole process took between 15 & 20 mins.

#3: Today I decided to try the drive through. Theoretically speaking, drive through's should be quick. Again, I ordered a steak egg and cheese on a plain bagel combo. The cashier did not repeat my order to make sure she had it right, and didn't even tell me my total. In other words, I had no idea what I was getting or for how much. When I pulled around, I paid for my order and was instructed to pull around to the front and wait for my food. Why? I was the only one in line and no one was inside. After pulling around, I waited for about three minutes. Great job. Upon inspecting my order all I received was the breakfast sandwich. There were no hash browns or drink. After going inside, which defeated the purpose of going through the drive through, they made the corrections. They did not even apologize, say thank you, or have a nice day. To add insult to injury, my hash brown bag barely had any in it.

I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! I will also be discouraging other people from going there as well. Their service is terrible, to put it mildly, for a product that is mediocre at best. Not worth it. From now on, I will probably just be getting a biscuit from the shell station that is a stones throw away from there. Rick is always courteous, the food is better, and it is a...

Went by DD for some coffee and a doughnut. Drive-thru was around the building...12 cars. Since it was misting, I thought it would be faster inside, so I went in. To my dismay, there were 9 people in line, with two standing waiting on their orders. It took SEVEN minutes before the line moved the first time, and that man had ordered before I entered the building. The next in line only order 3 coffees, and that took another... wait for it... SEVEN MINUTES! Then, with perfect timing, the cashier leaves and goes to the back for at least FIVE MINUTES while all of us wait. staring at other and raising eyebrows. Bathroom? Break-time? Something Urgent? Is there no one else in the building that's capable of running the register and taking an order? We'll never know, as I had an 8 AM appointment 3 miles away and had to leave. So much for convenience. Yes, it was only 7:30, but you do the math. There were only 7 people in front of me at this point. If DD sped up and could, say, take and order, administrate the sale, pour the coffee, and be ready for the next customer in even 5 minutes, that's still too long. That would be 50 minutes for a cup of coffee. THAT IS PATHETIC. FOUR of us left the line, the building, and were totally frustrated with DD. So much so that one of the ladies told the three others coming in the door that it was an hour wait and that DD was totally disorganized. So, that's 7 customers who left unhappy. When I returned to my vehicle, I noticed that the drive-thru line had only moved two spaces IN FIFTEEN MINUTES. Perhaps someone should tell Dunkin' Doughnuts that there is generally going to be a surge in coffee and doughnut/pastry orders in the mornings. You might tell them that they could even schedule their staff in order to be ready for the rush! HOW NOVEL! They didn't listen to me. Frustrating. Won't be back for a...

This place is the worst, it’s really sad for me to write this review but hopefully it will help them see that something drastically needs to be done. I work right behind this location and since food options around my short lunch schedule are limited I eat here quite often. I always go through the drive thru. It doesn’t matter what time of day I go, they are usually rude on the intercom when i’m ordering. They are always out of something I want and sometimes they won’t even tell me they are out. They’ll just replace it with something else I guess hoping I won’t notice which is an insult to me bc I literally go there every other day and order the same thing. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve asked me to pull around front and park to wait for my food so they can have better drive thru times bc they suck. What’s worse is there is nowhere to park so you are forced to park in the 2 handicapped parking spots in front of the store. And even with me waiting forever to get my food they still forget to put something in the bag! They also just cram the napkins in the bag like a wad of trash. They told me yesterday that they are getting rid of most of the items on the menu I order, are you kidding me?! Just ridiculous. I’m over it. I’d rather start bringing my food from home than...
