This location has the nicest staff! They are very gracious and make every effort to make sure the service is excellent. I mean this as a compliment because they even give Chick-fil-a a run for their money on service with a wonderful attitude. The food is good. My wife always gets French Dip and loves it. I tried the horseradish roast beef and cheese, which could have had more beef on it but that's my opinion anytime I order a sandwich with meat on it. The regular priced kids meals are the best priced in the city with an under $3 and an under $4 option that includes drink and cookie. The other couple we ate with had huge salads and loved them. I walked out wondering why we don't eat there more often?
Oh yeah. They close at 9 and we walk in @ ~8:30 unaware of their closing time in 30min. They made a fresh batch of sweet tea and pulled out the lemonade from the cooler even though they had already started cleaning the dispenser and they did it with a smile and we didn't feel rushed at all. (We did leave at 8:55 so we didn't keep them.)

While I understand being short staffed because of Covid, no notification or signage is unprofessional. I was promised a VIP card( which I never received) and was promptly ignored after that. Unsure if my name was taken down or what. I have always enjoyed McAlister's Deli and have been a loyal customer since 2008 but after this I might have to reconsider. I come to this location because the Trinity location has been thoroughly disappointing, now I'm getting them same experience here.
This the first time I've had a terrible experience with this location. I ordered 2 Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Spuds and what I got was not what I ordered. All I had on it was a little bit of chicken, cheese and no chipotle ranch sauce(I ordered extra chicken and cheese), the bacon was either on the side of the spud or none was on the spud at all. Read moreAbsolutely disappointed in how tonight's employees and managers acted while I was waiting for my food. Manager on duty Sharon was yelling at an employee from across the restaurant that had not clocked in yet and was sitting waiting for food he never got over dishes, threatening that she was coming for him. She approached him and aggressively and loudly talked down on him, how these dishes weren't washed. We've had several problems with her before, she's extremely rude. The other employees were pointing, laughing and making a big show out of this employee being yelled. This young man has been one of the best employees we have had the pleasure of doing business with. He's always polite, respectful, and eager to help every customer. I applaud this employee for handling this situation in a calm manner and I feel bad he decided to leave instead of being yelled at and made to look like a fool. Shame on everyone of shift today...
