I went in tonight and had two young employees serve me, a boy and a girl. they were both very rude and passive aggressive, no nice greeting, no smile, no “have a good day”, all just rude up and down looks. both the boy and girl were straight up just oblivious to their customers and rude. the girl was skinny and had brown curly hair, i have witnessed her many times, but she has never been a nice lady. last time i went, my son asked for a sample, she looked him up and down, rolled her eyes, and walked away. i was very shocked at the way she was talking and the looks she had on her face. she has never been a kind lady and usually i always tip but i did infact not tip her the last two times we came in because of her rude approaches. the boy was about the same, very nonchalant and not very polite. the girl was my main concern because she has never been polite. i would maybe try being somewhat polite to your customers if you want a...

If you love Rita's than this is a great place to go. The staff is always so nice and I have never had any troubles with my orders. They just have such yummy Frozen Custard and Ice that you can't pass it up. It is located across from the Jennie Wade House and you can park in the free parking lot across from Rita's next to the Jennie Wade House. Just do not park in the black asphalt because the blacktop is reserved for Hotel Parking. The gray asphalt is fine and free to park in whenever you want. I have been avidly visiting this specific Rita’s since its opening during my pre-teens! There has never been a time when I ever had any complaints related to a visit to Rita’s.
