Bought my dress over 200. My hoop close to 100. My shoes over a hundred. Did layaway in December. Paid it off in April...it needed altered so had a fitting. When I picked it up in August the waist had been fixed the top was not altered properly and the pins were still in where the hem was supposed to be taken up. Have to find a seamstress to redo the alterations. My boyfriend ordered a custom uniform in April. Second on the list to be done and was told it would be done for November. Called about a fitting in August drive 3hours and all that was done was liner for the waist coat and per the woman it wasn't cut right it was too small. At that time was told their seamstress said she needed a life and was slower than normal but it would be done by Sept 20. He called last week and Stephanie told him it was not and probably would not be done by November for the dinner ball and he wasted his money. Mind you almost 200 for tickets and 250 for the hotel. Over a grand spent and ample time to make this uniform and nothing but the run around from this place. Hopefully they make it right if not never will I step foot in there again ..not to mention word of mouth is your best advertisement. If I could give less than 1star I would. I ADORE this shop! I walked in with so-so expectations. Not because I heard anything bad but because of my build, I am a tall (over 6’), broad woman with a very nice hourglass shape. But finding an item such as a specialty dress (like these) is hard to find that compliments me in the best of places. Since I am tall, I have to go for bigger sizes to make the dress long enough then it’s droopy in other areas that need to be snug such as hips and chest. I usually end up looking like a circus tent. Thank you to the valiant Viola and sweet Cindy, I am getting my dream dress created! Viola fitted me and once we tried three dresses, the two amazing women decided it best to have a dress made from scratch. I am so elated! I know the dress will be terrific and in spectacular quality. I cannot WAIT to have it in a few months time! See you soon...

Customer service SUCKS!!!! Humiliated in front of other customers with "THERE IS NO WAY THAT DRESS IS GOING TO FIT YOU". What the hell???? My money will go elsewhere and you won't get any commission off my sale. Learn customer service skills.....I'll be sending all my reenacting friends elsewhere.
