Tacos Michoacan — Restaurant in Gig Harbor

Tacos Micoacan is a food truck located on the lot of a gas station. The truck is covered in photos and the menu. I ordered the beef burrito. It was very good and tasty. The two sauces pictured were great. The green guacamole based sauce balanced the spicy flavor of the red sauce. The meal was prepared once ordered, so it was warm and fresh. It was a good sized burrito that was very filling. The staff were very friendly and answered my questions. I will definitely be returning to Tacos Michoacán next time I’m in the area. Food is really good but the cash only payment is a little inconvenient (I understand why they prefer cash or card). Hopefully this can change in the future. I ate there once out of curiosity and had to go find an ATM when I saw the cash only sign before ordering.
