Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Gilroy

My Girlfriend ordered a Caramel macchiato upside down drink with regular milk earlier today before work. When she started drinking it at work, she noticed it tasted sour and opened the drink up, turns out the milk was expired and chunky! Luckily she didn't drink enough to make her sick. she chatted with customer service, but they weren't much help either 🥲

Extremely disappointed on the drink I received. I ordered a venti strawberry açaí expecting to sip on the 24 fl oz a venti is advertised to have. Upon getting my drink it was not only filled with more than 70% ice but it was not even filled up all the way with the lemonade I ordered. I basically spent almost 10 dollars on ice with a side of lemonade. Will not be coming back and I suggest no one else wastes there breath on this...

The coffee tastes terrible at this location. It tastes like burnt espresso and leaves a nasty taste in your mouth. I go to any other location in town but this one because of it. I tried going back three different times and each time it tasted terrible and almost undrinkable. I go to Renz if on that side of town even though it's a bit more of an inconvenience every time now after giving this location several tries...
