Recently had my baby shower here, and it was incredible! We chose Reserve 22 for a few important reasons: 1. Great venue with beautiful views of the patio and greens 2. Food selection. I looked at several other golf clubs and nature arboretums, and Reserve 22 had the best selection by far. We chose a delicious selection of salads, pasta, chicken, salmon, and fruit, and all of my guests RAVED about how delicious it was. We added on a dessert package (came with 6 different desserts!) and the chef accommodated my request to swap out one of the desserts for red velvet cake. Delicious! 3. Price. Compared with other venues (and considering how the food selections paled in comparison), Reserve 22 was better for the budget and yet delivered an exceptional experience. Angela S. was a pleasure to work with, and she was always available to meet and discuss our ideas. Brian oversaw food/beverages on the day of our event, and he was outstanding. Both of them made the day sensational! I can't recommend Reserve 22 enough, and I'll definitely tell my friends the same!

I ment my cousin and his fiancee for dinner at Reserve 22. They had the patio open for seating- no masks required if fully vaccinated, tables were maybe a little further apart than normal. It was pretty crowded, but the server was attentive (I never had to even ask for a refill on my diet coke which is hugely appreciated.) The food was good and came faster than usual. The downside, as of 6-9-21 their online menu is not accurate- some items have fallen off, and they no longer have my beloved sweet potato tots. The prime rib sliders are phenominal though, I highly recommended them. It was pretty loud, so it was very hard to have a conversation without leaning over the table and talking quite loudly. Still, pretty area, and not bad pricing. I'm sure I'll be back because it is so convenient and clise to home.

The good news is Cheryl (outside) is everything great about Reserve. We enjoyed being in her section tonight. The view, atmosphere and weather were perfect. Hubs had the Philly cheesesteak wrap and loved it. The calamari lettuce has all the promise of a great dish but falls short, it heavily relies on the sauce for any flavor at all. It could greatly benefit from a marinade, a pinch of salt and some avocado. I think it’s also important to have the appropriate lettuce cups if you present them as a lettuce wrap. Only one of mine easily wrapped, the 2nd one I struggled with and the 3rd was eaten with a fork. The rice was nice and tender and soaked up the sauce which was the best part. So the wrap is close but definitely a bogey.

I had my wedding reception at Reserve 22 in April of 2019 and my husband and I had an amazing experience from the start. Aimee was absolutely out-of-this-world amazing as an event coordinator and just the most sincere, lovely person. She was so responsive and answered all of our silly questions throughout the process. She made everything so easy to understand and we could work with her to make everything perfect for us and our guests. She is golden.

The food...AMAZING! I still lust after that tomato bisque. Everyone said that the food was great. We had an apps hour and soup and salad in addition to a full entree. Our wedding cake was even included through the in the very reasonably-priced package (which we separately made an appointment at Oak Mill Bakery to pick out flavors and decorations--the cake was amazing!) Everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. We even had a last-minute guest (there was a huge snowstorm, despite being late April, and our pastor got snowed in and couldn't fly back home to PA after the ceremony) and they brought out each of the three entrees we had selected for choices for her to pick.

The staff was exceptional. My mom said they even offered to help her and my family set up our little decorations before the reception started, which was SO not their responsibility. Everyone was so kind and professional, but that really stuck with me.

Finally, weddings are crazy expensive. I cannot believe the value we got out of our dollar. So many places make you pay thousands for just the room, thousands for alcohol, and thousands more for sub-par food. Not here. While we did spend a good amount of money, it would have been way more at so many other places and with not as nice of a space and definitely not the same caliber of service and food. Money well spent. We and our guests had a great time.

I know events are kind of on hold right now, but I cannot recommend this place more once things get back to opening. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I am so glad my husband and I happened upon it during our...

I make it a point to try restaurants all over the DuPage county area. This was the first and last time I would ever eat here. We were a party of four. The waitress was either forgetful or just did not care. The food was poor quality and very bland. One person ordered the BBQ ribs. It came with fries and cole slaw. This person doesn't eat fries so I asked if the fries could be substituted for a simple baked potato, but the waitress replied "Yes we can substitute," but we don't have any potatoes, so I asked about a vegetable and waitress suggested broccoli. Two of us ordered soup, but the soup did not come until the entire meal arrived and was not hot just warm. Brought that up to the waitress and she said she was sorry and said "Yeah I should have brought it." The BBQ ribs were horribly dry. They were not made to order. It was very obvious that the ribs were pre cooked and sitting in a warmer until someone ordered them. Waitress never checked on our table. I waived to the waitress to bring our check. She did and low and behold the broccoli was an add on of $4.00. (It's not at all about $4.00 it's about honesty and treating customers properly.) I reminded her that she stated it was a substitute for the fries. Now she changed her story and said "oh it's a charge." Again I reminded her that she originally said it was not a charge. She said she would talk to the manager. She came back and said the manager would only take $2.00 off. I normally tip 25%, but in this case I only tipped 15%. Just horrible food and experience. With so many other choices why would anyone patron this place unless they wanted a drink and sit out...

We made a dinner reservation on Opentable, received a confirmation, even received a call earlier that day asking what type of table we wanted. On our way to the restaurant I received an Opentable message saying I was seated. I called to make sure they did not give my reservation to someone else. The hostess who answered my call told me I did not have a reservation. When I told her that I received a confirmation call earlier she was adamant that was not true. I asked to speak with a manager and I hear her ask someone if she should just hang up on me which she did. We drove there, asked to speak to the manager whose name was Mia. Mia was beyond amazing and said she was never reached out to. I had no plans to stay for dinner but Mia went above and beyond and convinced us to stay dinner. Mia even made sure she took care of us. If it was for Mia only I’d have given her 10 stars. Based on my phone experience with this one hostess this restaurant would not have received any star. Some other comments I saw mentioned the hostess not finding their reservation and maybe it’s because of their race. I think this hostess may be somewhat racist/biased. To the overall management train or fire this person or you will ruin the reputation of...
