Tried to order a waffle cone with 3 scoops and "Hanna" (I think she gave me a fake name) had no gloves on and held the cone part outside of the protective paper basically resting her fingers directly on the cone part that I would be eating. I asked her to put on gloves and she said they dont have any and I said well if you refuse to grab the cone by the paper at the bottom versus putting your bare hand on the top that I wpuld be consuming I dont want it. She said I can put it in a cup.
Why is sanitation with food handling a problem here. I left without anything even though I really wanted it because I refuse to compromise safe food handling for a sweet treat. Corporate clearly needs to more closely monitor...
