Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Glendale

Tried to order a waffle cone with 3 scoops and "Hanna" (I think she gave me a fake name) had no gloves on and held the cone part outside of the protective paper basically resting her fingers directly on the cone part that I would be eating. I asked her to put on gloves and she said they dont have any and I said well if you refuse to grab the cone by the paper at the bottom versus putting your bare hand on the top that I wpuld be consuming I dont want it. She said I can put it in a cup.

Why is sanitation with food handling a problem here. I left without anything even though I really wanted it because I refuse to compromise safe food handling for a sweet treat. Corporate clearly needs to more closely monitor...

I had the pleasure of interacting with Alex during my recent visit to Baskin Robbins, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Alex went above and beyond to make my ice cream experience exceptional. Their friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge of the flavors made choosing a treat a breeze. Alex's attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for their job truly stood out. I left with a smile on my face and the perfect scoop of ice cream in hand, thanks to Alex's outstanding customer service. Employee did not smile, was bewildered & flustered when I asked about the free ice cream....Portions were small......was way too busy interested in the conversation of the co workers friend.....ask about their promos and the response was very unhelpful.......When I was charged, very pricey!!!!....You would think you get what you paid for!!!!....fortunately, I don't frequent that establishment.....unfortunately.....poor service in a very nice...
