Let me start by saying I'm FROM Texas and I smoke my own meats. "Barbeque" means that you are smoking meat at a low temperature for a long time. That being said, here are my impressions. I had the brisket and the hot link with beans and Cole slaw and a piece of cornbread. The brisket did not appear to have been smoked. There was no smoke ring and no smoky flavor. It had very little flavor, rather bland. The jalapeño hot link had a very good flavor but not much heat. The beans tasted like canned beans, nothing special. The Cole slaw was not the best I've ever eaten but not the worst either. It was rather average. The cornbread, being the least expensive item to prepare, should have been a big square and a couple of inches thick. I was disappointed when they served me a 2x2 square that was about an inch thick. However, after the first bite I was okay with not having a larger piece. There wasn't anything special about it. Honestly it was a little disappointing. My wife had the pulled pork and the ribs. She said the pork was very greasy but she liked the ribs. The meat came off the rib bones nice and clean without falling off in your hands. So kudos on that. They had a Sweet and a Spicy sauce. The sweet sauce had the best flavor. However both sauces were as thin as water. To wrap it up, the hot link was the best of the meats and the slaw was the best of the sides. I understand it's difficult, if not impossible, to serve BBQ in a "fast food" type of setting. So they at least get credit for trying. The two fellas serving the food were conversational and engaging. They were polite and had a sense of humor. But I don't think we will eat there again.

I’ve ordered from this place 2 times online because I loved their turkey breast when I stumbled upon it. We went to visit in person this time based off that. They were out of turkey (at 1pm on a Saturday), to which I should have walked out. But we decided to try other menu items we haven’t tried….. Where do I begin. The chick serving the food could be a little nicer, she just looked like she’s hating life standing there. I ordered brisket and pork. The pork was “ok” at best. The brisket was shoe leather. It honestly felt like I was eating 1-2 day old brisket. And the taste was not normal for any kind of brisket. My “veg of the day” was garlic broccoli. The garlic was burnt on and the broccoli was as dry as the desert…very bitter tasting. My gf had ribs and a sausage link. The ribs crumbled (not pulled) off the bone cause it was again, over done, and dry as if it was yesterdays food. I honestly don’t know how anyone serves that up on a plate and calls it quality before giving it to the customer. Brisket shouldn’t be stiff holding it over a finger (picture below) I will say an employee working asked how everything was, to which I said it’s dry. He offered to fix it, but at that point I was done with the quality and taste. So that was nice of him to offer. I wanted to love this place because for some reason the turkey breast has been great the 2 times I ordered it online. I hope it’s just a bad day at the office, so I won’t say don’t go here. But I will be finding a more quality bbq place than here from now on.

UPDATED: It has gotten to the point where it depends on who's there.... One delivery can be fabulous, the next, they don't give all the items you've ordered, the next, the food is dry and subpar. We won't be ordering again! Consistency is crucial for a small busines, and they keep falling short. So disappointed. They started off so high!

PREVIOUS POST: We had to give them another try since their food was really good, minus the last experience. Well, I must say... THEY'RE BACK!" Everything was not only back to standard, but even better! So, I must give them their 5 star rating again! They've earned it!

UPDATED POST: We've ordered from Naked Q for quitea whilee and have absolutely loved it. However, they were closed for a bit, and we decided to try them again. I don't know if they changed ownership or recipes, but this was not good at all!!! The ribs had no seasoning or color, the potato salad was bland, and as far as the baked beans were concerned, the only taste was spice. Very disappointed and hope this is a one-off. Therefore, I had to lower their rating.

OLD POST: This place is as close to grilling it myself as I can get! The food is very good and there's only been one time where I felt the brisket was too salty. I'm not big on sides, but I think their potato salad is good as well. The best part is that I don't have to worry about my barbeque being slathered in a sauce I don't like. Getting the sauce on the side is great! Definitely a go to spot if you want good barbeque in the...
