GREEN CRUSH — Restaurant in Glendale

Excited to go get a juice this morning and the place is the only establishment not open in the whole mall!!! It's literally 12:45pm and the mall opened at 11am!! We are standing and waiting and the young man working there is not acknowledging us at all. So, I ask when do they open, he says they were suppose to already be open so nonchalantly. I'm like my family is here waiting and some juices were set up, can we purchased the ones available? He's like no and acting like he doesn't even care for our business. We kept waiting and seen numerous people standing waiting to be served and left as well because they have no sense of urgency to serve the customers in the mall. What a shame, learned customer service...

Honestly this is a must stop anytime you're at the Glendale mall. I'm so glad I've discovered this place about 3 years ago. Anytime I share a Pic on social media I get drools and questions about where they're located. Wish they opened up more locations in the valley.

Note to management: get a bigger sign! Crocs has you hidden! Lol. Other than that, your business is awesome. Your employees are awesome. That Watermelon Crush Picante is droolsome! Yes the prices are high but keep in mind that they got Glendale Mall rent to pay. As if Glendale alone wasn't high...

Usually the customer service is great, but today there was a cashier (female). Not sure if she was sick, on her period and moody or just plain rude. Instead of helping the line of customers, she was busy talking to her Co worker. She then, was in a rush to take our order and was rude. She kept rolling her eyes and saying how she just wanted to leave already. Unfortunately she does not like her job, but it gives her no reason to provide such awful customer service. Not sure what her name was, I think they called her Viola...maybe. Well hopefully she changes...
