The latest visit is by far the worse experience and customer service I've encountered. Followed by the careless manager on duty makes me wonder if even food safety guidelines are being enforced. I was extremely upset by the young lady on the drive thru register (name on recipient "Nadya") repeats My order at the window, it's incorrect, so I correct her she Closed the window. Second attempt, she incorrectly repeats it so my wife and I correct her and she catches an ATTITUDE, sighing and rolling her eyes. Ok not a huge deal I guess. Once I received my food STILL INCORRECT I SHOW HER and she LOUDLY SIGHS, SMACKS HER LIPS SLAMS THE DOOR! THEN LEGIT TOSSED THE LAST BOX TO MY HANDS and slams the window again! My blood boiling I gather my composure and go inside to speak to a manager. Didn't catch his name he's a shorter, bulky man comes up to me with the most careless look in his face I explained what happen and this "manager" has the nerve to lightly shrug his shoulders and mutter "ill talk to her" with no care. Absolutely no effort to disfuse, and no sense of urgency. Myself being a manager I see why his crew has no problem treating their customers this way without someone leading by example and poor leadership makes me believe they are following NO PROTOCOLS . Both need to be properly trained on interacting with customers or find another occupation that does not deal with customer service.

Came here for lunch as I couldn't figure out what I wanted and needed to try some place new. When I arrived there was no wait in the drive thru to order. The outside looks super clean. At the drive thru the mic amd speaker worked and I could clearly hear the staff. The staff were super nice and and confirmed the order. This is a 2 lane drive thru. I sat in the drive thru less than 10 minutes. They didn't put a straw in my drink and I appreciate this but had it in the bag so I pulled over to get it. I took it and ate at the office. The menu isn't extensive, so i ordered the chicken sandwich combo. The chicken fingers were basic. The meal wasn't filling. I found the fries very salty and the sauce wasn't anything spectacular for the chatter I heard about it. I paid $12 for the meal which isn't bad considering other options in the area. Its not somewhere I'd go out of my way to eat or wait in a long line for. My soda was more ice than anything which is a little frustrating but also a normal thing for drive thrus

I went through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. Not an issue I go back in there to get it resolved. The girl prepping the food who was resolving my issue gave me the dirtiest look the whole time. She then proceeded to voice her rudeness asking why I was taking pictures of her. I in fact was sending the menu to a family member Asking if they wanted food since I had gone back. The employee was an African American lady with glasses. Luckily the manager Jessica stepped in to resolve the situation and correct her employees lack of customer service. Jessica is a great leader and apologized on behalf of her rude employees. I’ll drop the picture “I took of her”.

Although overall the food taste good(when cooked right) I do tend to have issues. I've only come 3 different times the first I had talked to a manager which I greatly appreciated that the worker offered to get him because he was confused, but at the same time that was an issue in itself. I was asking about things that are safe for someone who is allergic to wheat and the worker although was nice was clueless to food allergies and that is concerning as he worked in the food industry. The manager knew and was able to help us with some suggestions which we gladly took and unfortunately the chicken was under cooked and we all got sick. When I came the second time I was looked at like I was crazy for trying to order it the way the manager asked me to for future references. And they ended up not making what we ordered. This last time I figured it would be easier as we didn't have to worry about any food allergies and half our order was missing. I know I should have checked before leaving the restaurant but I tend to trust that workers are doing their job correctly. When I called to let them know the gentleman offered to replace what was missing but because the traffic because of the concert over the weekend(5 min drive turned into an hour) I did not want to come back that night. He asked if we could come in the next day. Which I did. I wish they would have just refunded us the money but they were only willing to give us what was missing. Which ended up working out for my kids lunch that day. But the chicken has gotten drastically smaller since the first time. I wouldn't call them chicken fingers more like nuggets. Super small for such...

It would be a 0 if possible literally the worst location to go to since they opened the doors. BE AWARE I let the acting manager (that refused to give me his name on 11-5 and the employees refused to even say his name when I called and left the phone on hold) know how Jesus had his bare hand on the fries and handed them to me and he was okay with this action, be aware if you get sick later that day or the next day it could be due to employees not wearing gloves touching your food. Be aware this location does have supervisors (Jesus) that will degrade you when you have a complaint. Also when you try over 6 times to make a complaint on their website it keeps on kicking the screen back to original form. I tried on multiple day same result , contacted 1800 # multiple times and left a message and they do not return any messages. Then I contacted the store again and tried to resolve the issue and the acting Manager could not accept the facts that occurred and tried to say I was demeaning his rep(Jesus) which decided to have a major ego boost with a horrible attitude when there is an issue the day I was there. This location has many rude and disrespectful shift leads that will act as if they are the store manager and really show how terrible of quality they are hiring whether people need a job or not you shouldn't be telling a customer with a clear issue that they are wrong because any business without customers coming back would not survive. Honestly I would save your money because they are as bad as McDonalds but even McDonalds would help rectify an issue and not tell you well we gave you stuff so just be happy which these canes...
