Grape Leaf Greek Kouzina — Restaurant in Glendora

While helping my mom look for Greek catering options for my sister's "Mamma Mia" themed bridal shower, I happened to stumble upon Grape Leaf Greek Kouzina. What an absolute gem of a find! I am going to break this review down into two different categories as I believe they should be recognized equitably across them both.

Customer Service: Absolutely outstanding! ​Having a fairly new restaurant sometimes means that not everything has been sorted out or established in those first couple of months. That was the case when I called as a catering menu had not yet been set up. That didn't stop the owners Kostas and Venessa from bending over backwards to get one made within a day so that my mom and I could place a catering order. The owners were not only exceptionally responsive and kind, but also extremely easy to work with and to coordinate ordering/pickup with. Strangers became friends in the process of this catering order and both my mom and I left every interaction feeling like we were a part of the extended Grape Leaf family.

Food: Phenomenal ​You know you did well as an event host not only when guests eat all the food you catered, but when they ask you multiple times where it's from. Everything we ordered, and I mean everything, was absolutely delicious. So much so that there weren't a lot of leftovers for us to enjoy after the bridal shower. The dishes were not only fresh but a perfect blend of flavors that created an exquisite dining experience. From the spanakopita to the souvlaki and everything in between, you truly are in for a culinary experience that leaves you feeling like you just had lunch or dinner in your yiayia's kitchen. The serving sizes were generous, and the packaging/presentation upon pickup ensured that the freshness and flavors were preserved for guests to enjoy when served. I have not stopped thinking about the feta fries and the uniquely delicious hummus!

I truly can not recommend Grape Leaf Greek Kouzina enough. When you find as amazing of a restaurant as this one, run by the kindest people, you want to share them with the entire world. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in for a bite to eat. You won't regret it. I wish the entire Grape Leaf team nothing but success as they continue to share traditional Greek dishes and family recipes with you all. What a nice change to be added in Glendora. We love Greek food and it's great to have another alternative in the town and to be accessible along the main Route which means its walkable!

The food was great - had the avgolemono soup, Classic gyro wrap, The Classic bowl and a side of fries that came with the wrap. All of it was tasty, well seasoned (especially the fries!) and well portioned for two adults. You could really taste the dill in the soup and the meat was well seasoned. We looked over the menu and have our eyes set on the Gyro Fries and trying out the chicken bowl next time! They also gave us a nice treat - frozen greek yogurt with a lovely honey/pistachio topping. It was very kind of them to provide in this heat!

Price was fair for the quality/portions and the location is clean and hip, which imo is a great thing for this area. They have outdoor seating as well and we hope that once the heat cools down, we can enjoy sitting out there. The staff were very welcoming, kind, and very attentive. We wish them much business...

I recently had the pleasure of eating from Grape Leaf Greek Kouzina, and i must say, it was an exceptional authentic Greek experience. This is a great new addition to the community of Glendora.

The menu is a delightful mix of traditional Greek dishes, and every item we tried was absolutely delicious.

The Lemon Potatoes were absolutely divine. Each bite was actually bliss. Their pita bread is nice, soft, and just the right level of taste. I also had their steak Soulvaki skewers which were cooked to perfection and each bite was full of flavor, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that left me wanting more (kept going back for 3rds).

In summary, Grape Leaf Greek Kouzina exceeded all my expectations. The food is top-notch, the service is impeccable, and the overall experience is one I won't soon forget. If you're looking for an authentic Greek experience, look no further than Grape Leaf Greek Kouzina! It's as if it was imported from Greek itself handmade by mama γιαγιά herself. 100 out...
