I CALLED BACK SPOKE TO JACKIE. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. SHE STATED THAT THE MANAGER WASNT IN. I LEFT MY NUMBER.SHE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK ABOUT MY ORDER. I WAS TO BRING BACK THE ORDER.THE DAY IS OVER.

ABOUT 5pm I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO A VERY NASTY RUDE FEMALE HISPANIC WOMAN. SHE KEPT CALLING ME “SIR” I GOUND GHIS TO BE RUDE AND INTENTIONALLY DISRESPECTFUL. I TOLD HER SEVERAL TIMES THAT I WAS A FAMALE. SHE WASNT HONEST ANOUT HER NAME. SHE SAID HER NAME WAS PAT. I-LEARNED THIS IS THE NAME OF THE MANAGER

I ASKED FOR THE CORPORATE NUMBER SHE DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME. SHE SAID HOLD ON. SHE LEFT ME ON HOLD. I ASKED FOR THE PERSON IN CHARGE. I CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE BECOMING UPSET ABOUT THE MANNER SHE WAS SPEAKING TO ME.

I SPOKE TO SANDRA,JACKIE,AND A PAT. HOWEVER,I CANT TRUST THAT THESE NAMES ARE CORRECT THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. I WAS INSULTED. I AM A CUSTOMER IN GREAT STANDING. MY FAMILY AND I HAVE EATEN HERE FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS. IM DISAPPOINTED IN THE PORTION SIZE OF MEAT ON FIVE PASTRAMIS. THEY WERE PREPARED WRONG…

SADLY I HAD TO CONTACT THREE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS IN ORDER TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE/CORP. OFFICE NUMBER. ITS NOT WHAT YOU SAY, ITS THE MANNER IN WHICH ONE SAYS IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES NOT RUDENESS AND UNFAIRNESS/ DISCRIMINATION. THE WAY YOU MAKE SOMEONE FEEL, LEAVES AN EVERLASTING IMPRESSION. I TOLD THE FEMALE REP I SPOKE WITH AT 5PM I WOULD JYST PIST MY REVIEW ABOUT HER BEHAVIOR. SHE SAID IT WAS OK. YET SHE IS ONLY AN EMPLOYEE THIS ISNT HER BUSINESS NOR INVESTMENT. THE CUSTOMER DESERVES BETTER SERVICE THAT WHAT I EXPERIENCED TODAY. IM HOPING TO GET A CALL BACK FROM CORP OR FROM THE MANAGER IN HOPES OF A BETTER RESOLUTION. They people are nice but they are not educated enough about their food. I am allergic to wheat and they seemed confused about whether their chili had wheat in it. When I asked politely for then to check the ingredients...they said they could not and seemed lost as to what is in their food. They also charge a lot for such small sandwiches. The other hat I have been to not too long ago made way bigger sandwiches for this price. My pregnant mother said, "I feel like a fly, the food tastes better after it has been chewed and thrown up." She was very upset because her pastrami sandwich had barely had any meat and the bread was old and stale. Just so you know, the pastrami sandwiches do not come with cheese, maybe they do if you ask for it. Even the chili cheese fries taste good, but the fries were stale and some were even black. We would have been better of at Del Taco, Red Robin, or anywhere else for this $40 meal. This is the worst Hat I have ever been to. At least they keep it clean in here. The one in this location is putting shame to this restaurant chain. Why would you give us old food? The meat was dry and we would have been better of getting pastrami and making it at home. This is basic food that is basically very good they have a lovely roast beef sandwich on a roll with gravy or OSU the french fries are very crispy and very nicely done. In terms of service there really isn't that much of it because you get called and you go up to the counter and pick up your food and nine times out of 10 it's actually right and they've included the things you've asked for so in terms of service that's about all I can say as to the atmosphere it's simply mediocre it's a fast food joint and formica top tables are not my thing and I don't think they're anybody's thing frankly but this is not the kind of place you're going to look to find white linen tablecloths you're going to look to find tasty food that you can either eat there or bring home and eat and their sandwiches are so big and the burgers are so big I can barely eat half of them and literally have the other half for lunch the next day so I don't think you'd be disappointed in eating their food because the food is basically a good quality and that's all I can really say about it because it's not fine dining it's quick it's easy and they also make very good not particularly greasy I might add onion rings.
