Final straw in never returning to this location. Upon ordering in the drive through, their machine shut off and instead of offering to run the card somewhere else, he told me I needed to come in. I asked if there was another way because my 3 year old was miserable from a dentist visit and he just walked away. Another employee walked up and told me I could pull around to the front or come in. I pulled up front and no one came out. So I parked, drug a screaming toddler out of the car and into the store, where upon shortly explaining my situation was met with hostility and the cashier wanting to take my order all over again. When I said I didn't need the products and would be leaving, she started loudly complaining to her manager about me and when I turned to defend myself, the manager sent half her staff in the back to protect them from the exhausted mom and her dentist tormented toddler. When finally getting my order, I had to get around a customer and employee having a deeply personal conversation eating home made brownies over the food counter dropping crumbs everywhere. When asking for straws, the customer was blocking, she gave me just as much sass for interrupting their brownie fueled conversation as the rest of the employees. Apparently food safety regulations don't apply here. Also worth mentioning the sloppy boxing, non-toasted bread and the sausage sandwich that was NOT on the bagel that I ordered. The coffee was perfect though, I'll give them...
Read moreI don't go to dunkins very often but the last 3 times they have messed up my drink order that the other dunkins locations I've gone to got the drink right. Today was the last straw that made me want to write a review. I was running late today so I tried using the app to order. I could have sworn I asked for sausage instead of bacon on my sandwich but I was tired and I can't look at my history because apparently I wasn't in the app under my account like I thought so I ordered as a guest but regardless I got bacon instead of sausage. When I got to the window nobody greeted me or anything. A few people passed right by the open window and I sat there for a couple minutes before getting fed up and calling out to people through the open window. It took a couple tries before someone came to the window to give me my food that was all done and waiting already. And it's not like I was the only one in line, there were people who went through before me and others that lines up behind me and I told the person at the speaker that I was here for an online order and they said to go to the window so they knew I was there. Sure it might have been busy in the front but not acknowledging someone at the window for 3 whole minutes is crazy. Nobody even looked in my direction or said someone will be with you soon, I just felt ignored. I'm going to try and find a new dunkins to go to...
Read moreThis Dunkin’ Donuts store suffers from poor customer service at the cash register and the drive thru window. I’m basing my comments on 4 visits resulting in no sales, once at the drive thru window and 3 at the cashier counter. First, Dunkin’ forces customers to stand in an uncomfortable, cramped line, allowing waiting patrons to witness “sour service.” But once at the point of service it becomes painfully obvious cashiers haven’t been trained or simply express their moods of the day ie. “I don’t care!” I’m not one to pay for poor service no matter the product. On each visit the disdainful expressions and disconnecting body language was immediately apparent. Decision time...I walked away. Only 2 blocks away is Krispy Kreme. I enter that establishment and every employee visible expresses their greetings. A totally different, positive experience, every time! In the late 80’s and early 90’s they taught the customer service “10-10-10 plan” and “Remember me”. Might want to bring it into your company customer service training...just saying. Dunkin’...
