Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Goodlettsville

Horrible experience! If I could give 0 stars I would! This was my first time at this location after moving. I ordered online. Arrived to pick up my pizza and left. I got all the way home (10 miles) and opened the box, the pizza was burnt. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. I advised him that I couldn't eat the pizza because it was burnt and that I would be returning the food expecting a new pizza to be made. I get there, I stand waiting and then some guy with his hair all over the place comes out with no hair net on and takes the box and throws the pizza away after I advised I was returning it for a new one. Ofcourse there was no greeting or apology. The manager comes out does not greet me or apology either but says "it will be out shortly". Then the 1st guy comes and hands me the pizza and I thank him and ofcourse no response. Bottom line you lead by example, and you treat your customers with the highest level of respect because after all, without your customers you have no job. Without your job then you have no income. Operational excellence is a must and this group definitely lacked the most important thing-basic customer service. Will not be coming to this...

This location is under new management since May and i stopped going there for a while, but I happen to be craving Jets and I went back to give it another try and let me tell you not only is the food fresher and made accuartely, its customer service has changed TREMENDOUSLY, I walk in I get greeted and by time I get to the counter a staff member comes and meets me at the counter, asks how am i doing how is my day so far, then ask me what would I like to order. they have even offered to bring out to my car when its done. I mean this new management has really changed my view and opinion of this location. My order has always been accurate since, fast speedy service and friendly. This place is a joke. I have ordered from this location and every time it’s a mess. First time ordered delivery and the food nearly took 2 hours after time estimated for 1 hour. Second time ordered delivery and found out they out source their drivers and on the website I tipped driver only to find out when driver got to my house I had to pay him cash because the restaurant doesn’t pay them their tips!!! This made me remember the first time how I told the driver I tipped online and she looked defeated too. The workers are pocketing the door dash or Uber eat drivers tips on online orders and that’s not right!! The third time we actually didn’t even order because after several attempts to place order over the phone (to avoid tip scam) they didn’t even answer the phone!
