I just don’t understand what happened tonight.
I ordered my meal online, made a stop before getting to the location and waited a total of 45 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food and the only reason I got my food is because after a half hour I asked when is my food going to be made.
Everything is order online or by kiosk and the place was not busy! They had 4 cars in the drive thru when I pulled up and 4 people inside when I walked in. Whatever their set up is needs to changed or the workers need to learn what a pace environment is.
Everyone who worked there looked absolutely miserable and one girl laughed after taking someone’s order and told him it was going to be a while. I really tried to be patient and understanding but from my perspective the people inside only got their food if they asked for it and 3 of the 4 of us had online orders.
It was just a shame to see and experience. I was ready to say I just won’t eat Taco Bell any more but I tried the chipotle sauce on my Doritos locos taco and that was so delicious!
The food was good but I guess I’ll just have to try a different location because I just couldn’t figure out the reason as to why the service was so slow. The only thing I could think of is how 3 employees worked on one order at a time in an assembly line. Idk anything about fast food set ups but it’s either the system doesn’t work to move customers along or the people are not fit for the job. I’m not trying to be rude, I just hope I can provide insight to make the service better. The poor UPS guy came in on break and only had 30 minutes and I don’t think he got his food on time. Who would have prepared to wait so long...
Read moreI am a local youth pastor here in the west valley. I scheduled a large order (96 tacos) this morning for our event tonight. I put the order in early so they had plenty of time to prepare. I was trying to be kind. Tonight we showed up to pick up the tacos at 6pm when the order was scheduled to be picked up. The manager Noah laughed at us, walked away, and said "we have not even started that yet."
When I tried to talk to him about why the tacos were so late he became visibly upset. Became argumentative, and dismissed me multiple times. He also made excuses. Then when I asked what his managers name was he would not give it to me. He asked me "why do you need that? You have me."
To make matters worse the tacos were soggy, cold, and all together gross. This was, without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. There was literally nothing in this transaction that was satisfactory. I hope you enjoy our $200 Taco Bell. We will never be back...
Read moreThis place really needs to be run better. Whoever is bagging orders doesn’t know what they are doing & needs to be properly trained.
The first order I placed through Uber eats was bagged incorrectly even though everything on the receipt was what I ordered. My husband went to Taco Bell in person to get our missing items because I’m pregnant and really wanted them. Only to find out once he was home that they messed up the order AGAIN. It wasn’t even close to what we ordered to begin with.
I understand having new hires or being busy as I’ve worked in a fast pace environment. However, this is just ridiculous.
Please take some time to check in with your staff & make sure they know what they are doing. Proper training is important so that your business runs smoothly. Honestly if I could give this a negative...
