Crumbl — Restaurant in Grafton

I don’t get it. The cookies are ok. Very sugar. lol. I like sugar and sweet things, but man… also it was 20$ after a very modest tip for FOUR cookies and the smallest thing of terrible ice cream. TWENTY DOLLARS. Take 20$ into Target or even Charcoal Grill and you’ll find A LOT better options and still have half your cash left. Get a to go desert from Charcoal Grill. Or go to Target - it’s right there, and get some high end packaged cookie and Ben and Jerry ice cream. You’ll still have enough money left over to buy some gum or some other trinket… If this place is open in another year I’ll be very surprised. The taste isn’t there, the value certainly isn’t, and it’s super awkward when you go in there. Nah. I won’t be back. Once the newness of it wears off, I doubt anyone else will either. Purchased 2 chocolate chip cookies and a key lime pie dessert on March 13th. We visit this location very frequently and the chocolate chip cookies looked very different than they usually do- puffy and muffin-like, almost as though an ingredient was missing or not cooked appropriately. When we went to eat them, the inside tasted and looked odd, like uncooked dough. I included photos of the inside of the cookies. We threw them away for fear of getting food poisoning. I am currently pregnant so that is not something I can risk. I reached out to the Grafton location email twice and did not receive a response. For the amount of money we have spent on desserts here, I am really disappointed with the lack of communication...

I'm usually very happy with this place but not today. Instead of stopping in, in the evening around 6 pm, I stopped in around noon. The three women working there were not friendly. I usually buy a variety party pack. I asked to try a piece of the snicker cookie because if I like the taste, I was going to get more than 1 in that flavor. They declined. Ok, fine. Then I ask about a cookie cutter for sale and all three employees ignore my question, so I ask again. The response was rude. I received an attitude as if, how dare I interrupt them. I just took my party pack and left, completely disappointed in their staff.... horrible representation of Crumbl Cookies. I call company meeting to remind these "crabs" they work in...
