I love Quizno's. Classic italian has been my fave sub since high school. Not my husband's fave, so usually a treat to myself on days like today when I'm super sick, sent home from work, and really need a cheer-up. There isn't much, in my opinion, you can do to a sub to make it un-eatable. Today, I was charged over $8 for a sub I can't make myself take more than 2 bites of. And that isn't making me feel any better. Here we go. Three things that can make a sub inedible: 1) selling a TOASTED sub for $8, then letting me get home to realize IT ISN'T TOASTED; 2) cut the bread all the way through; 3) proceed to make the sub as if you DIDN'T cut the bread all the way through, therefore letting it explode all over whoever makes the mistake of picking it up. Toppings not added, and I live less than 10 mins away and had to microwave my sub just in hopes it would make up for the completely soft bread (not toasted, remember?) I was sent home with. I was standing there...they sent it through the toaster I think....but I've never received such a disgusting product from ANY Quizno's, I'm really upset about this already horrible day, and will never, NEVER let myself think that Quizno's will be worth wasting my time or emotional hopes and dreams on, much less my $8+. Shameful. (IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL SUB ARTIST OF TOASTED SUBS, TAKE THE INITIATIVE TO NOTICE IF YOUR TOASTER IS ACTUALLY TOASTING YOUR SUBS; YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL APPRECIATE YOU THINKING OF THEM - WE ARE ALL ASSUMING YOU...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. This was my first time ever at Quiznos. Absolutely horrible customer service from the OWNER! He didn’t ask what size sub we wanted and just presumed, and he never asked about adding additional veggies after they came out of the oven. He put the meat in a colander looking container without a bag or anything and submerged it in water before taking it out, shaking off the excess water and putting it on our sandwich’s, which does not seem sanitary, but it could be how they unthaw the meat…. Just a horrible experience and a horrible...
Read moreBeing from Illinois, I haven't seen a quiznos in over 20 years. When I heard there was one only 30 minutes from where I moved to, I had to go and I was NOT disappointed! It was just like I remembered. Literally brought tears to my eyes and brought me back to my teens. My partner was just as happy and nostalgic. Can't wait to go back! We also expected to pay way more! One regular Italian sub meal and one regular steak sub was UNDER $22! This particular location also has delicious coca cola in the fountain- on par with...
