Unfortunately, I will never order from this restaurant again. I have ordered at least five times through Uber. The same exact items I do every time. Pretty simple THREE TACOS. Pay extra for delivery because I appreciate the drivers. The first order I got was amazing.That was last year. Now I get half of the ingredients I’ve ordered, even though I’m paying more to have extra. When my items get here, they look like slop?? Two pieces of lettuce on a taco? 3 Tacos!? Come on now? No pickled onions, missing sauce, missing jalapeños, good lord. It’s atrocious. When items are forgotten like my chips and guacamole two orders ago, I get sent a gift card for a bowl of soup? Appreciate . Yet didn’t cover my cost. Never used the card Management needs to take control of this store’s employees and management needs to STEP UP to the plate and watch every order before it leaves, before they lose everything. I understand it’s extremely difficult to get employees, however it’s not difficult to be watching over and making sure that the money that we are paying, (it’s not cheap) for our food, is being done and sent out in the correct manner. Take pride in your work!! Stop sending out slop! I’m done. I can never order again. When I order from you I also order my same exact order from noodles and Company for my husband. Each and every time his order is done exactly the way he wants it. First of all, what kind of “mexican eats”place takes brown rice off the menu and leaves you with the only option of disgusting cilantro rice? Ok, so I’ll just skip the rice and order extra protein to make up for it, right? Well I ordered extra steak and not only did they NOT give me extra, they actually skimped on what wouldnt have even been a normal portion! I had about 4 little pieces of meat in my burrito and let me tell you what, the steak here used to be so delicious but they must've changed the recipe or supplier because now the steak is squishy little cubes of processed mystery meat that just falls apart in your mouth without chewing it. Read moreStopped in for lunch while at work with my boss really looking forward to some delicious QDOBA. When I walked in I noticed a young girl behind the counter and 3 employees on break finishing their lunch. While I was looking at the menu the 3 employees got up, walked behind the counter and in the kitchen. 1 employee immediately started touching containers, food handles and then grabbed gloves and put them on without even washing her hands! The other 2 that went into the kitchen walked back out carrying food items within seconds, yes, with gloves on but had absolutely no time to wash their hands either. My boss and I had already looked at each other in discussed from watching the employee do what she did and when the other 2 came out that fast we knew we did not want to be eating there. We spoke up and told them that they were wrong in how they practiced cleanliness, that they will get somebody sick and we decided not to eat there. Shame on you ladies!!!
