Of all the Noodles and Co. I've been to, this was by far the biggest disappointment. Place opened after the time listed, the gal at the front countering as well been a kiosk. "What do you want"... So monotone and unwelcoming. Then the food part. It all seemed either left over or microwaved. Nothing was fresh. Guarantee it, compared to the other restaurants we've visited. Even the young kids wouldn't eat it, and they leterally eat anything lol. And last but not least, cleanliness. Tables still had food pieces left over from the night before. Not just a table or two, but a solid half the tables. Not to mention there was still food on the floor. Don't they vaccum at the end of every shift? Or before opening? I assumed since they opened late it would've been worth it since it's Grafton, and it's a way nicer area it would've been awesome. Not the case here. A staff that seemed to be irratated with your presence and food that gave you a gut ache or worse. Would definitely drive to the Fond du Lac Noodles and Co. before ever going back to the Grafton location ever again. Sorry ,...
Read moreAfter trying this Noodles for the third time, I will not eat there again. The first two times I visited (with months between each visit) there was a sign on the door that said, “due to not enough staff, wait times will be long.” The third time I ordered food online for pick up. I tried the Zucchini Shrimp Scampi with mushrooms added. I also ordered the Japanese Pan noodles with extra mushrooms. My shrimp scampi was inedible. I had one bite and could not even muster the courage to eat any more. The sauce was mostly water. It was disgusting. There were only 3 slivers of mushrooms added. The shrimp tasted like it had been boiled rather than sautéed. My side salad consisted of six slivers of lettuce and a few shreds of Parmesan cheese. My other order had zero extra mushrooms. The entire bill was around $30 and most of the food went in the trash. Save your family the money and go...
Read moreI normally do not write reviews but, I have had a bad experience twice at Noodles this week. Today 12-28-19,we ordered our food and waited over 20 minutes for our order. As we watched several other customers that were there after us receive their orders, I asked about our order at the counter. The person said it would be right up. Another table received their order. We asked for our money back due to the long delay. It became obvious they forgot our order. The manager was not very apologetic. She did refund the meals but not the drinks, as we had them. You'd think for the inconvenience she would have. The person that took our order was not very friendly. Very disgusted with Noodles in Grafton. We have always enjoyed the food at Noodles. Unless there's changes made they will continue to...
