OfficeMax — Local services in Grafton

I have had great experiences at this location for years until now. I stopped by the store 2/24. 2 empl 2 cust plus me. I left after 10 mins. No one even acknowledged me at all. So i called today. Ashley answered and she had a attitude in her voice so i asked for a specific person who i was told no longer works there. So i said my new ink cartridge i put in is giving me a msg.. she immediately pushed me off and said i had to call the mnfctr. You sell us these machines you act like you know them inside and out!!! I asked if the other gal went to another location or moved away Ashley said she cant gv out personal info. I understand so i told her i got to know her on a personal level and as i tried to say i wish her well Ashley cut me off more than once and said "do you have anything professional to discuss with me or not ". I was floored!! I thought she may gv her the msg if she ever saw her or talked to her. I was so caught off guard bcz i am a super personable person. I apologized and hung up on her. That's the difference of somebody who is kind compassionate and knowledgeable versus someone who is not. I will not go into this location ever again because of Ashley and her attitude and being so rude...

Alex noticed me right away and said hello and welcome to Office Max, how nice. What I really appreciated about Alex was how careful and thoughtful he was about taking care of my transactions. It was a little complicated because I had to return an item what I got that was the wrong size. No worries, Alex is very detail oriented and look care of everything perfectly. He also asked me if I needed any USPS postage stamps which I did. One last errand to run I was so glad Alex asked me. Fast, friendly, kind and fantastic Alex took care of all my transactions. He really cares about providing excellent and accurate customer service....

I went to office max with my sister, who is in a wheelchair, and the child i babysit who is 3. At the check out lane I asked if i could bring my car closer so it was easier to get everything into the car. I told the kid he could stay with my sister to which i was then told by Kenneth “Maybe you should take him with you so I’m not going to have to chase him around.” This made my sister feel as tho she was incapable of watching him. I’m not sure if he meant it like that, but just for future reference be careful what you say because those in wheelchairs are...
