McDonald's — Restaurant in Grafton

This is, by far, the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. There is a problem with almost every visit. It's a challenge to make me angry enough to place a 1 star review, but this store is so consistently poor that these people have succeeded at motivating me to do so.

The worst experience I had at this location was when not one, but two employees yelled at me while I was waiting to drive forward at the drive through. I had placed my order and was waiting for the cars ahead of me to move so that I could pull forward. Since the restaurant is so slow, I sat there long enough that they asked me two additional times to place a new order. After telling them twice that I had already placed an order, two employees ganged up on me, yelling at me through the speaker to pull forward. After repeatedly telling them that I had nowhere to go, I gave up, closed the 2' gap between the car in front of me, essentially on their bumper, and waited the remaining 10 minutes to get my food.

On almost all other visits, orders are given to me incorrectly and/or the employees are incredibly rude. Just today I ordered a meal and only received the sandwich and drink, no hash browns. If you ask for no pickles, sure enough, pickles almost every time. They would rather stand around gossiping than paying attention to or taking care of customers.

Do yourself a favor: take the extra 5 minutes to drive to the McDonalds at the heart of Grafton, which is a wonderful store with excellent people...

Placed a mobile app order. When we picked up the order, part of it was missing. We went back to notify the employee of the error, they stated they were out of apple pies and the minecraft meal collectibles. Ermmm, why were we not notified in the first place? Why wasn’t it updated in the app? Seems to me like they were just too damn lazy to package them. The employee stated there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund for the apple pies and they stated we had to request it on the app. Excuse me, since when was that a thing??? When we got home the 1 Big Mac we ordered was the bun and 2 patties, nothing else. No sauce, just some cheese and a few strings of lettuce, and the top patty was bare. This is now the second time we had less than adequate service at this location. The employee didn't even apologize for the error. To be quite frank, he was extremely rude. Providing good customer service doesn't seem to mean anything at the Washington Street, Grafton, WI location. Seems like if you work there, then you don’t give two craps about keeping your job. And it seems like the employees just don’t care about themselves either. You’d be better off starving than eating at this location. Not that the food is good anyways, because it isn’t. I don’t plan on coming here ever again, I’ll be taking myself somewhere that actually provides decent service. This was...

So normally I don't make reviews but this is something I need to tell and see it this has happened to anyone else. I ordered a double cheeseburger and medium fry my fries were cold and soggy like there were siting there all day and my burger was cold as well I opened it up and it was a mess bun was halfway on, mustered and ketchup all over I couldn't even pick it up so I went back and said I need a new on the cashier was like what's wrong with it she seemed mad at me i was thinking if you guys did your job right this situation would have not even happened. so the gave me a new on and it wasn't any better ( they weren't busy at all) so there should be no reason why the food would old look and taste like it did. Anyways I gave them another chance and the same thing happened after the 3rd time I won't be going back there ever they need to either get new employees or show them how todo thir job ..The cedarburg McDonald's is...
