The roast beef meat is raw left blood on the sub bread had to cook it when I got it home to feed my children and I gave tips to all the staff on the front line I just asked for the sub to be replaced he staff ( Ryan) wanted to argue with me saying that’s just the redness from the muscle of the meat when I clearly know what well done, medium rare and rare food is. I asked if there was a manager that I could talk to. He said to me he’s the shift lead no manager was at the store at the time so I asked for his manager‘s number and his manager’s name. I also asked for corporate’s number he did not want to give me either numbers. He just wanted to argue with me about the sun meat not being raw and top me that “ We can start telling customers that we can cook the meat if they like.” I was so over it after that I did give him my name. I just was grabbing these 2 giant sub that I paid for just for my children not even for myself mind you. The Philly steak was well done and the cook was very friendly as well thank you to the cook that was on shift when I came in to this store today. Again this was my first time there my 1st order ever ordering food from there order under Queen A that’s the name the order was underneath Queen A I will never go back there again because of ( Ryan ) behavior over the phone the cook should be the lead shift and paid a bonus… I tips $60 by the way $20 each to the staff up front just for them then gave in the tip bucket after tipping the highest amount on the screen and the raw sub can not be replace like be for real…and put the change in...
Read moreI've been to this location multiple times and have had 2 different sandwiches, which I'll recommend here. The Club Sub 4/5 Chicken Bacon Ranch 4/5 It's a small interior with some seats and tables. However, I almost always get it to go. The service is touchy sometimes, and that's why it's a 3/5 and not a 4/5. My most recent visit was lovely. All of the employees were polite, and they seemed to be a family. It almost made me want to ask for a job myself. Another employee came in, and they all welcomed her, and it truly seemed like a family. Unfortunately, not all visits are like this. During busy times, especially communication can be hard, and you'll get a crabby worker to deal with. Overall, it's pretty good with some spotty service. If eating for 2, I would suggest finding a sub you'd both like and getting a giant. They average around $17 compared to a normal (which is 1/2 a giant) go for around $~9-10, saving you almost $4. Plenty of food as well....
Read moreMy favorite sub sandwich place. Food is fresh, nice portions, fresh bread, and lots of toppings. I really enjoy the red pepper relish and going Mike's way with the toppings is the only way to go. The hot and cold sandwiches are replicated in town. The rosemary paresean cheese bread must be experienced, great combination. You won't be disappointed. If you are really hunger try the giant Italian and that will fill you up. UPDATE: a little disappointed tonight, staff was off-very slow. The young men must be learning. The counter and meat slicer were not clean like they usually are, seems like they didn't make time to clean between customers. Good visit. UPDATE: 6/21 the #13 original Italian is still the best one for a big appetite....
