I decided to start supporting local businesses so I used the Grand Ledge Baryames ifor the first time. I was treated poorly from the minute I walked in the door to pick up my comforter. I was charged $50 for a comforter that didn’t even cost $50 brand new. I went to use my coupon and was told NO it didn’t apply because I didn’t provide my coupon at the time of drop off. Then the clerk yawned in my face! I didn’t get her name but she was young and on her phone.. one of those dead beat employees! She wouldn’t work with me or explain your policy so I could understand, nope she just yawned in my face! I walked out of that baryames without my comforter because who can afford $50 for 1 item. After I borrowed some money from my sister I was able to retrieve my item. I will NEVER go back to my local dry cleaners in Grand ledge Mi. I will also be telling everyone that I know about my experience at that store!! I thought I’d try the small local shops in my town, but they have worse attitudes then the big city shops. You need to look into the customer service aspect and how your employees are representing your store. Grand Ledge Mi Baryames is terrible! You have one employee making everyone look bad! Read moreWe took our wool comforter here to be cleaned. Unfortunately during the process it was placed in a dryer against recommended care instructions and shrunk significantly. We were quite disappointed as the comforter was pretty new. After being notified of the problem management reviewed the incident, figured out what happened and worked with us to reimburse for a replacement.

I was out in the door opening on the driver’s side back seat door. BECAUSE I HAD 2 GERMAN SHEPHERDS IN THE BACK SEAT & I DIDN’T WANT THEM TO GET OUT OR BE DEFENSIVE OF A STRANGER OPENING THE DOOR. I WAS THINKING OF HER SAFETY, ESPECIALLY BEING PREGNANT. She knew I had dogs in there & why I was out & still chose to put me in my place.
