Another review 10 months later. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst taco Bell I have been to. I went in tonight I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and got many looks from employees, but no one helped me. I then yes the kiosk and ordered two bean burritos no cheese, add potatoes, and extra red sauce; Also I ordered a 7-Layer burrito with no cheese, sour cream, and extra guac. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food, you know no big deal it was busy. Once I got my food I checked to make sure it was all correct. My 7-Layer burrito had sour cream, now I didn't mind it was a complicated order(I just can't eat dairy and it was $3) so I talked to an employee, I watched the manager yell at an employee for putting sour cream on the burrito, when it was the manager who did it. I got a new burrito I about about ten minutes later, I checked it again. Sour cream...again. Now I'm a little frustrated. I take the burritos in trying to be polite I told an employee that there was sour cream. The manager comes up and says "what's wrong?" And I say what's wrong and he yells "I MADE THOSE THERES NO SOUR CREAM!" At this point I'm angry and I slap the burritos down onto the counter and say "look". He rips opens the burritos and points and yells "NO SOUR CREAM!" I point at the burrito and I say angerly now (because I don't like being yelled at) "what's that then?". And he yells "THATS AVOCADO SAUCE!" at this point I just say bye and walk out. First of all there's no avocado sauce on a 7-layer, which he should know, he's a manager. Read moreI would like to take a minute here to tell you how "horrible" Ben was. When I pulled up to the menu, a friendly voice greeted me, asked how my day was and proceeded to take my order. Normally when ordering at a drive through you may encounter someone who is difficult to hear or understand. Sometimes you have an employee that isn't completely familiar with all of the specials or may say "just a moment" while they figure out your order. Not Ben. Crystal clear and to the point. No fumbling with words or the computer for that guy. As I reached the window, my drink waiting for me. Baja blast with no ice just as I ordered. Followed right behind the drink was the cravings deal box. While I had to wait just a moment for the shredded chicken something or other, I popped the box open to find everything neatly in there. Ben asked me me to fill out the survey while we're we waiting for the shredded chicken thing. He said to " let them know how horrible I was today". If you have EVER worked a single day in customer service, you know what he's talking about. I chuckled as he handed me the final item and I drove away. I don't expect perfection from a drive through window experience, but it sure is nice every once in awhile. To recap, Ben was friendly, professional, efficient and funny. I don't care if Ben shows up to work late, has a bad drug habit or is a part of isis. That man needs a raise!

Read moreI live right down the road from this taco bell, and its usually my favorite T-bell location. Well today I went through their drive through before work and ordered a beef cheddar chalupa box and some soft potato soft tacos. Well they gave me a chicken cheddar chalupa instead of the beef that I ordered. Which isnt really a big deal, so I went inside as I didnt have time to go back threw the drive through. And when standing at the counter waiting to be greeted, I noticed they seemed to be a bit short staffed, so I was patient as I am too a manager where I work and understand how stressful that environment can be. But what I noticed while standing there was absolutely appalling behavior. There was a women who was working the taco bell food line, producing food and she was throwing attitude at her coworkers. Telling them to go get lettuce when they were clearly busy helping a customer in the drive through. When the 2 coworkers stated they would be there in a moment to help, she slammed chalupa wrappers down onto the counter and complained and got the lettuce herself. After one of the coworkers got free, she went and got the lettuce she was asked to get and when coming up to this women with it, she got met with even more attitude saying "I already did it" in the worst tone possible. I felt extremely bad for the other coworkers who had to work with someone like that today. I will not...
