When my wife and I were talking about getting married, she was very adamant about the fact that she didn't want a diamond. She explained why she felt that way and I was happy to find a ring that I thought she would love, with a man made replacement.

Since getting married, my wife has told me more times than I could possibly remember how perfect the ring is and that the Moissanite stone was exactly what she wanted.

When the ring was caught on something at work and damaged, she took it to this jewelry store to have it repaired. When the person took her ring to look at it, she rudely said "oh, it's cz". My wife tried to explain that it shouldn't be and asked if the associate was sure, she said that she was.

Then she had the audacity and sense of entitlement to tell my wife, "you'll get that diamond someday sweetie".

Bottom line is that we took it to a jeweler that was more concerned with taking care of a paying customer than making assumptions and trying to belittle them and its getting fixed AND confirmed it was the stone we thought it was.

Looking at your past reviews, I can only assume that because she was in clothes that she had been baking in all day and had a ring that didn't have a diamond, you felt that you could treat her like a begger and that there'd be no consequence for your entitled behavior but I assure you I'll do my part to let people know how you tried to make the love of my life feel about the ring...

I was looking for an engagement ring and I got the perfect one. I tried Grand Ledge Jewelers after going to another nearby jeweler who didn't seem willing to order a custom ring or alter anything they had in the store. The moment me and my boyfriend walked in to Grand Ledge Jewelers we were greeted and shown a few rings that were in the jewelry case and options for ordering something similar or options for a different stone and setting. It was completely different than the other jeweler, and Steve (the associate) was very considerate with exactly what we were looking for. An engagement ring is an important and individual piece of jewelry and he treated it as such. My ring was made and the design and setting were decided with lifestyle, appearance and personal taste in mind. And it was done quicker than I thought it would be.

The best in the biz! Employees are so kind and knowledgeable. I brought in my grandmother's engagement ring and wedding band to be resized for me to use. The lady in the store spent close to an hour with my mother and I as we looked at the stones under a microscope and she taught us about the unique cut of one of the diamonds. Turns out there was a bit more family history with the rings than we thought! Fair pricing and excellent service. I cannot recommend...
