7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

Sooooo… while everyone else apparently was waiting in the drive-through at Starbucks (the line was, of course, wrapped around the building and the wait would’ve been forever), I suddenly remembered that there was another coffee shop located directly across the street from Starbucks. I was amazed to see that only one customer was in line ahead of me, and I literally got in and out so fast! It’s also kind of amazing that nobody seems to know this place exists yet— I guess because it’s not located in the same parking lot as the Walmart. it’s actually located on the northbound side of the Hwy 161 Service Rd, just north of Warrior and just south of the Hwy 161 & Arkansas Lane intersection, next to the hotel and Banfield hospital. I actually first discovered that this place was open this past winter, and on a cold day their hot chocolate and whipped cream was absolutely delicious!!! if Texas ever sees cold weather again, you should definitely try their hot chocolate! Today I decided to give their medium iced white chocolate mocha a try and I’m not disappointed at all. Their brewmaster got it just right: to me, it achieved a perfect balance of sweetness and the natural bite of “coffee taste.” The medium cup contains about 24 ounces of liquid, and the price for this drink was $5.68 after tax, which, in size and price is pretty comparable to competing coffee joints. Their drive-through is easily accessible. The service is fast and polite and I can’t wait for the next time I’m in this area to give them...

I went here after passing it several times, and I was really happy that I finally did. I had NO idea that they can make ANY kind of drink, from hot coffee or tea, to cold energy drinks, cold coffees, cold teas, and fruit blends, in addition to a gazillion flavor combinations, of all of the above. I decided on an energy drink blend with coconut, pineapple, banana, and extra ice so it didn't melt quickly (you can ask for anything any way you want it!) This place is 10X's better than Starbucks or Dutch Brothers....because those drinks are super sweet, and you can get anything here sugar free. Plus they're a few dollars cheaper too. Can't beat that! The people here are amazing. Make sure you tip them, because they're actually working hard inside, and the people outside are out in the rain and cold taking your order, and sometimes people aren't paying attention and hit these kids with their cars. No joke....not that a tip excuses that, but they deserve tips, and drivers paying attention to where they're going approaching the pickup area, and leaving it too, because these kids are walking between cars to bring us our drinks and take orders.

Next time I go, I think I might get a peppermint cold coffee of some kind before the season is officially over. 🥰

I'm sad I was so reluctant to go here because Dutch bros had a chokehold on me. From the moment I stepped foot in this place, I noticed a significant difference. But beyond the quick service, what truly won me over was the staff. They're not just friendly; they're a font of knowledge about their offerings. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they made the whole experience even more enjoyable. And let's talk about the secret menu – it's like entering a whole new world of flavors! It's expansive, and every item I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious. Plus, their teas are a delightful alternative when I'm not in the mood to splurge on a pricey iced coffee. In short, I've found my new go-to spot. It's a place where quality, affordability, and genuine friendliness come together seamlessly. Say goodbye to long lines and hello to a refreshing change! Oh - the pink mermaid fizz is great...
