First let me say I know how hard the service industry is, we have all been there working that late shift all by yourself. This location however seems to be always understaffed. Went last night with my wife and ordered six cookies. The person working there was all by their selves and there was a line that took 10 minutes to get through. When we left, I knew i should have checked the box because when we got home, one of our $5 cookies was missing. Receipt showed I paid for it, it never made it into the box. Besides that, the warm and gooey cookies you expect to get seemed to be absent in this batch as every cookie was dry, brittle, and extremely cold. Go to the location in downtown Arlington, they seem to be much more put together over there.
P.S. they also always seem to be out of their "Limited Time" cookies despite us being there only two hours...

The screen only said cookies and cream so i assumed he heard me correctly when i said ice cream. When I brought it to his attention after he charged and gave me the cookie, he argued that i said the cookie when I did not. He didn’t even flinch to fix his mistake.
