Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

I visited this brand new location for the Apple cinnamon Bagel. It was delicious and would like to try the brisket bagel sandwich. -I wish they had a drive thru versus entering to join a line wrapped around the store -Perhaps they need a couple tables or a bench -I paid $5 for one bagel and the brisket sandwich costs $9 and doesn’t come with a drink or anything. But pic does look like it tastes good lol

It’s not a place I would visit daily but will return.

3/11/24 I had to return to do a new review. Today was extremely displeased. I ordered the Texas Brisket sandwich and I got home to see it looked nothing like the picture. It looked like a slice of cheese was melted on top of the bagel. The brisket was shredded not whole slices like the picture. I downloaded the app and had a reward of a free bagel. The apple cinnamon bagel in store was not on the app. So the cashier said she would give me the apple cinnamon bagel. I got home to realize I had been given a plain bagel. I also tried the hash brown. It was ok but not anything I have to get again.

4/27/24 I visited today and attempted to use the rewards for free caramel coffee. Coupon didn’t apply and I paid full price. I thought I would get a couple dog bagels as well. They were so hard and my dog showed no interest in them even though they’re supposed to be beef....

This location is so much closer, having gone to the one in Mansfield. I expected comparable service and food and I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied.

When I walked in 10 people were waiting on their orders. This is a standing room only location that leaves the patrons waiting for food to watch longingly as the mobile orders are cranked out.

I have simple and easy instructions for my order none of which were followed. I want to put my own cream cheese on my bagel, not a difficult request. The other sandwich that was ordered was just sad and pathetic. The crew working at this location worked in utter chaos with no regard for the quality of food.

This store model was a very poor business decision. Einstein’s should be building full size restaurant locations. This location could not balance walk up orders and online orders. Pick one please. And for the love of all things good, if you’re going to force me into a to go order put napkins in the damn bag.

Please don’t waste your time visiting this location, I promise the drive to Mansfield is 1000% worth it. The service will be faster, the food will be better and you will actually get to sit down and eat your food at...

I love this place but today it was just terrible. When i walked in i saw there no everything bagel and i said to my friend that they were out of everything bagels an older white lady then turned around and said “yes we are out of everything so you can leave”. Then another employee said they had some in the back I proceeded to order with the young lady at the counter and ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese and wanted to add avocado. Then the lady once again jumps up and says to the girl to make my order as a chorizo sandwich and sub the meat which was fine but there was extra steps because that sandwich contains more condiments i did not want. When i got my food i was in a hurry to return back to work and when i opened my sandwich there was nothing but egg and avocado. Same time as i was in the store another customers order was made incorrectly and the same older white woman told the man to scrap it off and he would be fine. I have never had an issue up until today and i have also never seen her before today she wore a black shirt and was the person assembling the bagels. I was not able to get her name but she was rude to customers and...
